Nice hotel with great staff. Perfect spot for family.

Spacious, clean room. Great and friendly service.We were there on Christmas, so they made some popcorn and gave our little ones ice cream as a present.Nearby is a restaurant, massage center, and 7-Eleven shop.Every day you can use new beach towels. The beach is beautiful with no crowds andsome beach bars and restaurants.Perfect, peaceful spot for family.

Little bit far from the beach but we came with car so for us wasn't a problem. They organize tuk tuk trasport 2 times a day for free.

Good if you want a quiet stay at a Krabi beach

Pretty quiet location (compared to Ao Nang), big room and bed. Only a few hundred meters to several beaches. Nice restaurants nearby and a 7-11 on the other side of the street. Free Tuk Tuk to the beach if you need it (or +-10min walk).

Breakfast was lacking a bit (especially for vegetarians), the gym was quite rudimentary. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Unfortunately, I experienced conduct that I found to be rude and lacking basic courtesy. The staff member’s tone and manner were unprofessional, which significantly affected my overall experience at your hotel. As a guest, I expect a minimum level of respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation.

Great location full of amenities around

It was a good place. Located in the main street, 15/20 minutes walking distance to the closest beach and a beautiful one (were the small island is located, much better beach than the long one -Klong Muang Beach-. This area is great, super clean, more quiet than the horrible Phuket area . The staff were super friendly and always smiling. Just crossing the road you have a 7/11 and plenty were to eat or drink. We took a taxi/Grab to Krabi airport from there, that costed 320B ... Perfect! I mentioned this for you to avoid the private taxis opposite to the building, they will charge around 1500B 😅 I totally recommend this place, excellent value for money.

We didn't have hot water in the shower. The only minus. Apart from this issue, everything was great!

Near Klong Muang Beach and nice pool.

The executive family suite had a ton of room. The balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The pool was very nice and clean, had a separate little kids area perfect for a 4 year old. The game room was nice,but the toddler play room was stinky like urine. Our room was clean and tons of storage. The beds weren't the hardest beds I've slept on in Thailand,but definitely not plush. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thankfully staff helped with carrying luggage up the 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. I felt it was an ok value for proximity to the beautiful Klong Muang Beach and size of room. Biggest complaint is the water pressure and temperature. The shower would randomly run hot or cold and loose water pressure to the point of totally turning off mid shower. Even not at peak times of day,morning and evening. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would stay again for the pool and near by beach.

Nice Hotel

Large room with , smart tv , dressing gowns and 7/11 opposite . Close to restaurants . klong Muang is a nice quiet area with relatively deserted beaches if that’s what you want & we did . Swimming pool .

Told we had upgrade but as reported by other guests wasn’t given pool view balcony I booked . Think it was a listing error ? but not sure our details where amended on Booking as I raised this with hotel and it changed to state city view . Unfortunately it was a view of an abandoned part of the hotel a complete eye sore which is not an upgrade no matter how big the room is ! Despite my utter disappointment at having to look at this aberration which did spoil my stay I can’t honestly put anyone off this hotel if you get the room you book it would be a fine stay . Pics of our room included modern bathroom ours wasn’t it was dated but as I say wasn’t what we booked . Had to pay a bond 1000 bht £22 not mentioned in conditions why ? & for what !

Great hotel if you want a quiet place, not really a kid friendly place with the traffic.

Super nice rooms. Friendly stuff. Beach was a bit away but so beautiful.

Cleaner was great but took forever to come an clean the room, some days they didn't show at all. No restaurang. Unfortunately the hotel did not offer any breakfast or food at all, they didnt have any restaurant or mini shop. However they had a very smal kitchen in the hotel rooms but no supplies to cook food with more than 4 glas, 4 plats and som cutleries. No sunbeds, 4 sunbeams for the whole hotel. Far from beach and the hotel only offered shuttles service to the beach but not back (which was up the hill). Electricity shut down for 2 days so we had to sleep in 37 degrees :-)

Excellent hotel for Klong Muang beach

Fantastic staff, in particular, we would like to thank Sophie, who went out of her way to help us. We moved rooms to a bedroom in the main hotel. Lovely and quiet, beautiful soft beds and pillows and a relaxing balcony. Great restaurant literally at the front of the hotel and beach within walking distance.

The noise from the road in our initial bedroom at the front of the hotel (in a separate building) meant our sleep was interrupted, and sitting on the balcony wasn't very relaxing. Also, the beds and pillows in this room were very hard.

Dirty place with lazy staff, lies, and just incompetence. Booked for 2 nights. We arrived on Friday night, and the bathtub was covered in some white gunk. Cleaning service was only available in the morning. Despite our disappointment, we understood that things can go wrong. During the night, the bed broke under us while we were sleeping, but we switched sides and continued sleeping. The next morning, housekeeping attempted to clean the bathtub, but it remained dirty. We tried to demonstrate the issue with our hands, and the manager suggested a refund, which we accepted. While checking out, the manager requested an email from the booking platform. After contacting them, they promised a response within 24 hours. The manager advised waiting and even tried to sell us an her place to stay. At this point, I was furious. After hours of arguing, we finally received a refund, though not a full one as I had expected for a dirty room.

HUGE ROOMS! Good equipment, Good location. But need track for real room price!

This hotel after reconstruction: old, but repainted furnitures, big 4K TV sets, clean waterpool, good gaming room (pool-tables, air-hockey tables, soccer table). Also have childrens room and fitness room. BUT: they open only untill 17:00 !!! That's idiotic rule: most of guests returns from beach about 18:00 (because meet sunset), so they can't use that rooms, because they already are closed... Very big rooms! Really big rooms! Good hard beds, many air. New air conditioners, good air coolers LG. In room have microwave ovens, some things for cooking. Good location: opposite street have 7/11 shop.

BUT: they open only untill 17:00 !!! That's idiotic rule: most of guests returns from beach about 18:00 (because meet sunset), so they can't use that rooms, because they already are closed... The supervisor at the front desk is not entirely adequate: she is trying to charge a huge price for accommodation that does not correspond to the real situation. As a result, the guest either goes to another hotel or books online in a couple of days, since the price drops very significantly. The hotel owners need to pay attention to the work of the supervisor at the front desk. Poor hand held shower heads in rooms. There is no normal mode of small jets. Some of the updated old furniture is falling apart. Otherwise everything is fine.

Ciągle grała głośno muzyka w hotelu i przy basenie więc nie można było odpocząć, goście hotelowi palili papierosy, na balkonach dostaliśmy inny pokój niż rezerwowaliśmy i była wanna zamiast prysznica, woda leciała jak chciała, było bardzo słabe ciśnienie, już w drugim dniu śmierdziało w pokoju ze względu na słabą wentylację.

la douche entartrée d'où un filet d'eau pas réglé malgré les demandes. La photo sur booking a été prise sur le nouvel hôtel alors que notre chambre était située sur le vielle hôtel avec une façade, un hall d'entrée et un escalier très vétuste. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour être sur le nouvel hôtel on nous a répondu que ce n'était pas possible car le nouvel hôtel n’accueillait que des familles nombreuses.

Der Pool war gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war gut und das Badezimmer war schön. Die Angestellten waren sehr Freundlich.

Die Zimmer und allgemeinen Korridore könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Hotel ist sehr ausserhalb am Dorfrand direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Egal wo man hin will man braucht ein Fahrzeug.

La chambre familiale est très spacieuse avec un coin cuisine, un petit salon, une salle de bain privative et un balcon donnant sur la piscine. La literie est plutôt confortable. Le personnel assez sympa. Proche d'un 7-eleven qui dépanne bien !

L'odeur d'égout permanente dans la salle de bain devenait insupportable. La propreté laisse à désirer : saletés en-dessous des lits et baignoire sale, avec aussi des traces liées peut-être à des travaux mais qui laissaient une impression très négative. Assez loin de la plage (15min minimum de marche) et des centres d'intérêt. Il faut prendre un taxi si l'on veut sortir sur Ao Nang. On m'a demandé une caution de 1000 baths en cash à mon arrivée. C'est le seul hôtel qui m'a demandé ça et pourtant nous avons fréquenté 4 hôtels différents durant notre séjour en Thaïlande. Pas de service petit déjeuner disponible, il faut sortir ou faire des courses pour le prendre dans la chambre.

Krabi war die dritte Station unserer Reise. Wir haben immer Low Budget Hotels gebucht. Dieses war leider das schlechteste. Bei der Anreise war das Bad schlecht geputzt, Spuren unserer Vorgänger deutlich erkennbar. Auch konnte man vorher nirgendwo lesen, dass sich das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet, somit tags und auch nachts laut ist. Für diesen Preis hatten wir in Chiang Mai und Bangkok deutlich besser gewohnt.

Prima budget hotel

We verbleven hier ivm bezoek aan vrienden die in het resort tegenover het hotel zaten. Het hotel is een budget hotel maar heeft een gym, zwembad en game rooms voor kids. Dat is erg luxe. Wij sliepen in een deluxe kamer met 1 groot 2 persoons bed. Deze was mega hard en ook had de kamer een balkon aan de straatkant die bijzonder gehorig was. Neem dus oordoppen mee! Douche was uitstekend en airco werkte goed. Personeel behulpzaam.

Het bed was echt mega hard. En ik ben wel wat gewend door reizen door Azië. Ik heb een extra deken gehaald bij de receptie en dat onder me gelegd, dat hielp een beetje.

Richtig gut ausschlafen mit der Familie

Wir hatten das Glück von booking.com ein kostenloses Upgrade aufs Familienzimmer zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war super groß und hatte neben den beiden Doppelbetten noch einen Bereich mit einer Eckcouch und Teppich der von unserem Kleinen sofort als Spielbereich genutzt wurde. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sogar einen Tick weicher als man es in Thailand gewohnt ist. Der Raum hatte einen angenehmen Geruch und alles fühlte sich frisch und sauber an. Die Klimaanlage war leise und ausreichend dimensioniert. So konnten wir nach einigen unangenehmen Nächten in einem anderen Hotel endlich mal wieder ausschlafen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war klasse und es gab die auf den Werbefotos gezeigte große Ente wirklich. Ein 7/11 ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Möglichkeit zu Essen gibt es um die Ecke. Uns hat der Strand, rechts die große Straße hoch und wieder runter in den Vorort sehr gut gefallen. Einfach nach Little Jamaica und 79 Beach Bar suchen. Da gibt's bei Flut klares Wasser zum Baden und Chang Bier für 100 Bath.

Alle was hier aufgeführt ist, war uns bekannt: - wir waren mit dem Mietauto da, der Fußweg zum Strand ist von hier aus machbar aber länger - wie sooft in Thailand darf man in den Zimmern nicht ganz so genau in die Ecken gucken

Wir fanden das Hotel super und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Raum ist sehr gross, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Tag Gratis Wasser erhalten. Nach unseren strengen Wanderungen war der Pool eine willkommene Abwechslung. Auch ein Fitnesscenter ist enthalten.

La litterie confortable les chambres spacieuses la piscine propre la salle de jeux pour enfants

Coupure d'eau inopinée à 18h le personnel vous dit que les cuves sont vides 🤔 et qu'il faut attendre 1h finalement au bout d'1h toujours pas d'eau l'eau n'est revenue que le lendemain matin donc 12h sans eau avec 4 enfants en bas âge... Pas de douche pas de WC en attendant même pas moyen de se rincer les main très déçu de la réaction du personnel qui n'est pas concerné par votre problème.
