On one hand it is secluded and on the other hand there are restaurants outside and not far from the Ao Nang hotel beach. A good place to relax and disconnect. Lovely staff.

We liked everything. We wish they had more classes/workshops specifically in rainy days.

Breakfast - 5*! good selection of food, good taste, clean buffet style with some excellent options, especially for kids. Service was quite slow in terms of ordering coffee/tea etc but juices being self service helped. Service was friendly but a little slow (i.e 15mins to bring coffee) Beach - Amazing beach location with good beach amenities for sports, massage, food etc. Pool - 2 Main pool areas quite central to the hotel in terms of access. amazing views from the pool. Food - Outside of breakfast the food was fairly standard and quite expensive (pool/beach bar) but good service. Much better quality and price of food if you chose to leave the hotel, but the convenience of staying pool side was reflected in the price. Room service - Had this twice, although not cheap, the service and food quality was fantastic. Spa- Visited once for a massage. Lovely spa and setting with good service, but again, not as good/economical as leaving the hotel. Had better Massages on the beach and outside hotel. Hotel massage 1hour/1400Bht, Massage on the beach listening to real waves while sunsets, 1hour/500bht - I'd take 3 Beach massages over 1 Spa massage all day long. There is a Massage shack on the Hotel lawn in front of the beach so don't even need to leave the hotel. Staff - All incredibly helpful, friendly and happy to go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable/happy. Team of gardeners in the morning keeping the place tidy all paused to say hello and offer smiles, breakfast team all incredible, Front of house/reception team all very helpful and friendly. Gym staff all helpful and on hand to assist, genuinely couldn't fault any of the service. Room/Maids kept the room spotless and were very considerate. Experiences - We did the Thai cooking class, Chef was very friendly and made its fun experience. Spa - good but expensive compared to other options. Gym - Well equipped and staff on hand to support.

Aware this sounds minimal and pompous - but the time it took for coffee to arrive at breakfast. The whole experience of breakfast was fantastic, but you get seated and asked to order drinks, then it takes those drinks 15-20mins to arrive and ordering a second cup/drink is hardwork once the maitre d' has seated you as the usual waiters don't speak great English (although better than my Thai!) so its pot luck what you receive, if anything at all - just didn't feel 5* in terms of being able to access hot drinks in a morning, despite the rest of breakfast being 5*. Clubhouse - for those of us with upgraded access was much better interms of this with much quicker service. - main restaurant could learn from them to improve. Given that's my only negative - should speak volumes about how good our stay was. I just get cranky without coffee :)

Magnificent property with stunning gardens. So glad we upgraded to club - the extra money was well worth it for all the extras we received. All the staff were delightful and very accommodating. Also want to give a shout out to Abuu our driver. He was brilliant. Will definitely be back🫶🏻🇹🇭

Loved the quite serenity of the place on the ocean front with large gardens.

There just was not anything going on entertainment wise the place was a ghost town in the evening because of this.

There is no denying that this property is gorgeous with beautiful swimming pools & pristine beach access. The rooms are also picture perfect but the view cannot make your stay comfortable.

First comes the service, for a 5 star it was really bad. We dropped some water on the room floor, room service never turned up. We had to wipe it ourselves Asked for an extra blanket and that never came. Asked for some extra water ( we were willing to pay for it), it never came. The breakfast for a first start is very limited & the worst indian food I have ever eaten. A basic paratha was raw and felt as if it was cooked from a Ready to Eat packet. We booked a family birthday celebration at the Breeze restaurant for 15 people along with lunch. The food was so terrible that it was inedible. The dal was stale & the rice raw. The Aloo Jeera was saltless. The manager took our sign in the check and skipped before we could discuss the food. They charged us exorbitant money for this party for stale raw food. After lunch, we were left stranded at the venue with pouring rain for an hour. We had senior citizens and toddler in tow. We kept requesting for a buggy to get us back but apparently they were busy in check ins. I had to walk in the rain to the lobby to get a buggy. Also, the check in staff can be extremely rude. The staff named PingPong got into a yelling match with us just to prove a point in the booking. We were willing to pay but that didn't stop her from yelling at 11pm in the night. The spa is over priced and very rudimentary. There are plenty of excellent massages & food options outside the hotel at a fraction of the cost Avoid there are plenty of better five stars with better value .

Too much over priced..!! No empathy from the resort, no follow up from the resort, delay or no reply at all in reverting to email from customers.

Very good hospitality and very peaceful and amazing area. The team is amazing and atmosphere is great. They offer great gym and water activities. It suites for active people

For improvement, since the facilities are huge and wider. Recommended to have emergency call point at various location. Anything emergency can press the call point. Throughoiut the food was delicious, suggest to expand the Thai food options. Tested the tom yam and it was delicious compared to outside shop. Really looking forward to see more expnading Thai food menu in future.

Loved this hotel. We had 2 interconnected rooms with sea views. Rooms are modern and very clean. The grounds are impeccable, breakfast was amazing and the private beach is beautiful.

Only issue was that the room doors slam very loudly when closing them so you can hear a lot of doors on the floor closing all the time.

I’ve never felt more looked after, relaxed and refreshed on ANY vacation than I did here. Rooms: gorgeous. Vibes: immaculate. Scenery: breathtaking. Food: so many options - go for a walk along the beach and find more restaurants dotted everywhere. But the service: the staff were the loveliest and most helpful people we’ve ever encountered. One story (among many): I mentioned to someone IN PASSING that I liked the cold tea they served at check in. Later that day, we came back to the room and found they had left a bottle of the tea on the counter WITH A RECIPE FOR THE TEA in case I wanted to make it at home. That is otherworldly good service.

It took us a few days to stop feeling guilty about how accomodating everyone was to us haha.

Big but not too big. Well equipped, everywhere clean and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The trips we took via the hotel were very good. Breakfast is great, the beach is amazing , so close to facilities outside (7/11, laundry, food etc)

Amazing location, right on a stunning beach. Food was fantastic, incredible menu,and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! Loved the pancakes shaped like cartoon character. Comfortable bed and pillows. Night-light beside bed. Balcony has a little clothes airer,very grateful for this,as we swam in the sea and swimming pools daily. Loved seeing the again water monitor swimming amongst the water lillies. Staff all so welcoming helpful and always smiling.
