Amazing stuffs! The best we experienced. The room was great - perhaps a bit more old and traditional style, if you like that style, this is great. Can’t say much about the facilities except that it was 10/10. The resort is huge, with the very nice beach - perhaps, one of the best in Krabi.

For an expensive 5 star hotel we were very disappointed. The room did not match our expectations based on the photos. The wooden furniture clearly hasn't been upgraded since inception. Some drawers didn't work properly and there were dents everywhere. The shower didn't drain properly always leaving a large puddle of water. The walls of the bathroom were discoloured. There was dust and hair behind the bed and bedside table. I even went to the reception to ask for a different room but they said "only if you pay more*. I didn't want to throw good money after bad. The pool is really nice that's the only good thing but considering the hotel has 240 rooms there are nowhere near enough sunbeds. One had to wait until around 4-5pm each day to get one. The Beach looks nice from a distance but the sand is coarse. The cocktails are very expensive and watery. It's impossible to get a Grab taxi to come there. There is a local taxi rank right at the entrance and they always jump on you when you walk out. We were feeling unwell and had to take a taxi 500m up the road to get food and they charged 100thb. They also charged 400thb to go to Dragon View restaurant which is a 5 minute drive. The most overpriced and disappointing 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in.

We loved everything about the hotel. The location, which was peaceful and serene (slightly further from the main town) and the hospitality :)
