Nice cozy place

Great location near the bus station, easy to move around. Nice and cozy place to stay clean and easy communication with the staff. All amenities were there which we appreciated.

A bit nosey, some of the other guests did not care about the hour they made noise or come and go several times during the night out all in 10-15 minutes which repeated a lot. Maybe a strict program would help as it was not polite to wake up others in the night or at 5 AM.

The location is great. There are grocery stores nearby, and the metro is nearby, which goes right to the city center. There's also a bus right outside the hotel, which also goes to the city center. So, we had no problem getting to any part of the city. The room was warm, and the bed was clean. The hotel accommodated our request for an early check-in and had our room ready for our arrival.

There were a few cobwebs in the room, and we caught one spider. But again, the room was generally clean and the bed was clean. The soundproofing was also poor, so be prepared for it to be a bit noisy if someone lives in the next room. However, the hotel left two pairs of earplugs in our room.

We really enjoyed our stay

The place is very efficiently designed, modern, with the latest gadgets and quality materials, clean, and well-maintained. The welcome is very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and clean, and there are numerous shops nearby. It's not the cheapest place to stay, but it definitely offers great value for money.

To find a place to park your car can be a problem, but public transport is nearby.

We had a wonderful stay, well rested and felt it was clean and homey.

The property was nothing but likeable, the location was great; close enough for easy bus and metro rides to all attractions, it was in a suburb that allowed to see into how people live in the area. The room we were in was bright and airy on the top floor. The bathroom was wonderful and luxuriously petit. The staff were friendly.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Amazing option for Paris, would reccommend and would come back

- The staff is nice and helpful. - The room was clean and very spacious - Bathroom was big - Towels, shower gel, hair dryer and even water bottles provided inside the room - Location is very good, the neighbourhood felt calm, not sketchy, and with easy public transportation IN FRONT of the building. Very convenient.

- Noise from other rooms could be heard, so I guess it depends on the other guests wether you have a nice stay or not in that regard.

Aufgrund von Schimmelgeruch und gesundheitlichen Bedenken mussten wir die Unterkunft direkt verlassen.

Leider nichts. Aufgrund des starken Schimmelgeruchs war ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich.

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers war ein starker Schimmelgeruch wahrnehmbar, der ein Gesundheitsrisiko darstellte. Zusätzlich waren die Bettwäsche deutlich mit Blutflecken verschmutzt. Eine Lösung vor Ort wurde nicht angeboten, weshalb wir die Unterkunft sofort verlassen mussten.

Super séjour ;)

Chambre cocooning et métro à 15 minutes à pied. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La possibilité de pouvoir rester 2 heures en plus dans la chambre pour 5 euros. Le personnel est très agréable et honnête (j'avais donné 5 euros en trop et elle me les a rendu 😊). Vous avez un supermarché juste en face, ce qui est pratique ;)

Juste l' espace au lavabo était assez serré dans notre chambre.

Kwam daar aan hadden ze mijn kamer niet meer. Zeiden sorry geen kamer meer aan iemand anders gegeven. Wilde mijn geld terug en politie erbij. Echt heel slecht en gemeen slordig. Had maand van te voren betaald. Raad alle mensen aan kijk uit met zulke oplichters. Huur hier niks bij hen aub. Mvg John

Kamer had ik betaald en noet gekregen. Echt schofterig Mijn kamer die ik geboekt hadden ze ineens aan iemand anders verhuurd. Was voor niks naar parijs gekomen. Heel mijn dag was verpest.

Stanza ampia e arredamento moderno, staff molto cordiale e disponibile, fermata del bus proprio sotto casa, cucina in comune con macchinetta del caffè, ambiente carino con giardinetto esterno per rilassarsi

Pochi servizi in camera, il climatizzatore non raffreddava molto bene, lavandino del bagno molto piccolo, cuscino troppo alto e scomodo per dormire. Attenzione al frigo in comune, purtroppo ho messo delle cose e le hanno rubate.

Le manque de clim a été horrible en cette période de forte chaleur, même fenêtre grande ouverte, le bâtiment tellement chaud ne laissait pas du tout entrer la fraîcheur nocturne, les moustiques eux oui, malgré la bonne literie, le ventilo et la chambre spacieuse nous n'avons pas dormi (lumière extérieure+bruit du ventilo et de l'extérieur+chaleur) : il manque vraiment la clim.

O estabelecimento é super agradável! O quarto é espaçoso, com banheiro privativo, água quente e toalhas limpas fornecidas. A área comum conta com uma cozinha compartilhada bem equipada, com fogão, geladeira e utensílios para cozinhar, o que foi muito prático durante a estadia. A localização também é excelente: a estação de ônibus fica literalmente em frente ao local. Se preferir usar o metrô, há uma estação a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos de caminhada. O atendimento foi excelente. A recepcionista foi muito simpática e nos recebeu muito bem na chegada. A comunicação pelo WhatsApp também foi rápida e eficiente, o que facilitou bastante. Recomendo a estadia! Se quiser que eu compacte o texto ou adapte para outra plataforma, é só pedir!

Camera molto pulita e ben strutturata. Finestre che isolavano bene dai rumori esterni. Prezzo molto buono.

Porte interne di carta pesta. Se, come noi, vincerete la camera vicino alla cucina, non vi aspettate di dormire se gli altri ospiti sono animali maleducati e nottambuli. La reception è aperta solo dalle 10 alle 18 e capiscono poco l'inglese, il parlarlo è optional....

La chambre reste très petite. La vue sur le jardin est sympa mais nous avons payé l’option pour garder les volets constamment fermés : nous avions des voisins à gauche et à droite de la chambre, adieu l’intimité !

La chambre soit distante plus grande devait être côté jardin elle était côté rue avec les chiens les cris des gamins la circulation......la chambre n'a pas été faite des 4 jours. Même les serviettes n'ont pas été changées donc au bout de 4 jours imaginez....je ne comprend pas trop les commentaires dithyrambiques... déçus

Quando cheguei após o horário do checkin ainda estavam limpando o quarto. Outra coisa é que a escada de acesso era muito estreita. Estávamos com malas grandes e tivemos dificuldade.
