- La villa è davvero bellissima e tenuta molto bene
- giardino è stupendo in fiore
- parcheggio comodo, all’aperto ma all’interno della struttura (molto sicuro)
- posizione buona, a circa 10/15 minuti dalla metro (linea 7, 25 minuti di viaggio per il Louvre)

Die Überraschung hinter dem schwarzen Eisentor war einfach überwältigend. So eine Oase in der Vorstadt , so ein schöner Garten und solch ein tolles altes Gebäude. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer unter dem Dach und es war so gemütlich und elegant eingerichtet! Dazu die doppelte Whirlpool Badewanne... Welche Entspannung nach einem langen Paristag. Man kann die tolle Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss benutzen und alles ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Metro waren wir in ca. 30 Minuten im Zentrum und wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Lokalizacja, bliskość metra, wiele sklepów wokół, piękne otoczenie (wszystkie obiekty znajdują się na terenie zabytkowej posiadłości). Pokój wewnątrz dużego obiektu (dworku) bardzo ładny i zadbany.
Niestety drugi wynajęty pokój (rodzinny) znajdował się w osobnym, małym budynku / przybudówce. Jedna z sypialni umiejscowiona była w piwnicy, w której panował zaduch i wilgoć, nie było okien, a po ścianach czasem przechadzały się wielkie robaki - nie dało się tam spać. Kuchnia była z kolei w oranżerii, co powodowało że było w niej bardzo zimno a także nieprzyjemnie pachniało. Była też stosunkowo słabo wyposażona (niewiele naczyń i narzędzi do przygotowania posiłków)
