Posizione per i miei obiettivi di giornata, ascensore, spazioso
L'appartamento era ghiacciato (9 gradi) con caldaia spenta e pompa di calore spenta, non sono riuscito a farmi la doccia subito al mio arrivo (ho dovuto aprire la caldaia e accenderla) e quindi rispettare i miei orari di appuntamenti prestabiliti. La mattina caldaia in blocco durante la doccia, ho dovuto farla fredda. Il pavimento era "unto", non pulito bene.

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Wasser angenehm heiß. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Tolle Lage, nahe am Strand. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Im Februar ein wenig kühl, eine zusätzliche Decke wäre toll gewesen.
