Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Supermarkt, das Meer ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Für eine Familie mit Kind gibt es ausreichend Schlafplätze. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm. Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, und der unkomplizierte Self-Check-in war sehr praktisch.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung fällt ein gewisser Geruch auf, möglicherweise noch vom früheren Rauchen. Für Nichtraucher kann das etwas unangenehm sein. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist optisch leider schon ziemlich abgenutzt und beeinträchtigt den ansonsten guten Gesamteindruck der Wohnung. Zum Glück gab es die Möglichkeit, es mit einer Decke abzudecken, sodass dies weniger störend war.
