Very very very Disappointed
The location and view.
We couldn’t enter the property because the keypad was broken. It took the staff over an hour and half to get us in. She kept emailing me when she knew we were waiting for her to call. We had no soap, no basic amenities (zero), we asked to have the soap dispensers filled. Two of the three were filled. When you stay at an accommodation like this, you expect a starter for coffee, soap, tea, etc. The keypad was enabled the second day, but then malfunctioned again and didn’t work the entire stay. Everyone was dependent on one key. The tv had one Italian tv network. Couldn’t find Netflix, news, etc. We found the shower with mold and we cleaned it ourselves because we were told we would be charged for this. The photos are misleading. We thought we would have two full bathrooms!

Non mi ha soddisfatto principalmente X il fatto che l’unico wc é in un bagno piccolo senza bidet !
Appartamento nuovo, pulito , spazioso
Non mi è piaciuto affatto in quanto ci sono si 2 bagni ma non fanno X 1 !! Il wc è nel bagno con piccolo lavandino ma senza bidet mente nel bagno grande ci sono doccia e lavandino senza wc e bidet , ma si potrà!!! Le Chiavi si ritirano fuori Ortisei dove abbiamo perso 30’ X trovare e ritirare. L’appart è vicino al Seceda ma con salita ( e discesa ) ripida che nn permette di uscire con gli scarponi da casa X cui devi comunque spendere soldi X depositarli al noleggio
