Full equipped. The host Irene very friendly and helpful. Strategic location. In the town. Next to cable car . Walking distance to take cable car go up to Seceda and Alpe di Suissi

Can hear the street noise early morning around 6am. Garbage collector and the cars noise. But still acceptable as we not spend much time in the apartment as we are out for sightseeing

A wonderful stay

Location is very good, we have access to bus stops and supermarkets and cable cars for hiking. Room is clean and big, well equipped kitchen and nice in house parking. Irene is a very nice supportive hostess. The checkout small gift from the house makes the stay a sweeter ending. We will definitely recommend to our friends and come back.

Fabulous place to stay

Central location close to lifts, shops, restaurants. Surprisingly very quiet. Garage for the car. Very helpful hostess, Irene speaks excellent English. Seamless check-in and given lots of helpful information. Well equipped unit that was clean, modern and beautifully appointed. Wonderful to have a lift. Handy to have laundry facilities.

The property is ideally located—right in the city center and within walking distance to both the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars. The apartment itself was a delight to stay in, with thoughtful attention to detail. It was cozy, charming, and offered stunning views of the Dolomites. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Ortisei

An unforgettable experience living in an Alpine village. I envy the people who live here.

My friends and I spent three wonderful days here. It was early summer, and the weather couldn’t have been better. From the third-floor balcony, we enjoyed a clear view of the surrounding mountains and forests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed (we were really hoping to cook for ourselves!), which made our daily hikes even more relaxing and rewarding. The hotel’s location was perfect—just a three-minute walk from the central square, where you can catch a free shuttle to the city center or nearby towns. In the evenings, we wandered through the quiet streets, surrounded by historic bars and old churches. We saw black weasels darting through the grass, and the streams—fed by melting snow and ice—flowed endlessly, their waters as pale blue as glacier ice. The hotel itself was peaceful, with only a few other guests during our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a balcony, living area, kitchen, and a large, well-appointed bathroom. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat. A special thanks to Irene, who was kind and efficient in helping us with everything, including the free bus tickets. Thank you, I hope we meet again someday.

Fabulous apartment right in the heart of Ortisei. Spacious, very clean and comfortable. Parking available in the basement. The lovely host Irene gave us helpful information and a ticket for free local bus travel. So much to do in and around Ortisei and it was a great base for exploring the area. We loved this apartment. Triple brick building with triple glazed windows, the room was energy efficient, warm and cozy. Everything was done to the highest standard. Room was spotlessly clean. Kitchenware look like brand new. Utensils were shining. Shower was fun! Best location, close to bus station and supermarket. Irene, owner of the building and also our host, was so kind and helpful. So close to the Main Street, not too steep of a walk. Immaculately clean! Washing machine and dryer (a rare find) to use for 3 euro per wash. Irene was so kind and thoughtful! Pastries for the holiday were just above and beyond. The toiletries were above and beyond. Use of slippers and bathrobes is also appreciated!

the location was superb, the property was beautiful and the hosts were awesome. It is very close. to everything, we hiked and biked and enjoyed the nearby cafe's for cappuccino's. I am celiac, so having a kitchenette makes life easier and we were able to shop at the nearby markets and cook at the flat. We loved staying here and would again next time we visit.

Super! Everything was just perfect. All new apartment, 5 minutes walking to both of the cable cars Seceda and Alpi di Siusi so I left my car in their garage for the whole time. Very nice host! Great value of quality price.

New apartment with a good and clean kitchen. A big bathroom with a huge bath and separate shower . Photos are absolutely relevant to reality. We met everything we’d read in booking description including shampoo, conditioner for the first day of our stay. We had even one clean of apartment in the middle of the week. We also got an offer to change towels and bed textile. These weren’t usual when you rent apartments. The apartment is located near the pedestrian zone (not more than 150 meters). Two supermarkets were near. It also has a garage and ski box with boots-dryer. In the hall there’s a wine room with excellent wines which you can take and pay when checkout (just write your name and apartment). And when we check out we got a present - a local styled bottle for water)))). Actually we admire all we met.

Perfekte Unterkunft in St. Ullrich

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Freundliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin, die uns unseren Parkplatz in der Garage zeigte. Von dort ging es mit dem Fahrstuhl hoch zum Apartment. Dieses war perfekt ausgestattet, blitzsauber und wunderschön dekoriert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Im Apartment gibt es keine Lebensmittel (Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Zucker etc.). Ist keine Kritik, man muss es nur wissen. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
