Great spot for the value, great location, close to everything!
This place is truly directly next to some of the loudest bars you'll ever hear. Bring earplugs. The keypad can be a bit finicky but the owners are quick to communicate if help is needed.

Great location in Old San Juan. Was comfortable enough for our stay. Room was clean and well had everything we needed. Wifi was great. Everything was within walking distance.
This is party central every night. Loud music and people partying til 2 am. We managed to drown some of it out with the TV. Very low water pressure but we did have hot water for a shower. Very tiny but we managed fine.

super Lage, um die Hauptstadt San Juan zu entdecken (aber in der nächsten Nähre des Party-Viertels also laut ab 20.00 Uhr - bis 2.00/3.00 do-fr-sa). sehr nett und praktisch orientiert ausgestattet.

The property was very centrally located in Old San Juan. It is located on a street with many bars that are open until 2 am with loud music. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and were easy to work with. The room had everything we needed - small kitchenette, couch, lofted bed area with a nice TV. The inner courtyard/patio was very cute and a fun space to have access to.
The street was extremely loud at night. The hosts provided ear plugs which were a life saver. The apartment is small, so not the most comfortable to spend a lot of time inside.
