El wifi iba muy mal

Huge place, had all the things we needed and in a good location for seeing things in old San Juan. The managers were very responsive and attentive.

It was pretty noisy at night and in the morning sometimes being on the ground level and near bars.

the location was great overall

one of the light switches stopped working, the host fixed it as soon as possible. Although they did not inform us when someone would be in the property to fix it. it happened while we were gone, which its fine but I would've liked a heads up considering all of our personal items were left out in the open

Location was good, and staff friendly when chatted online. Very big space too!!

It looks like a warehouse.. I personally didn't like the style but this is subjective... there was no natural light and it was really huge which made me feel kinda like staying in a warehouse.. I think the hosts could actually try and provide the minimum, like coffee, water and snacks... the didn't have any of that.. I also didn't have warm water when tried to shower at 10pm most nights.. Overall it was an average stay but I would prefer a much lighter place.
