Luxury Loft Apartment Yiota

Everything was really good, as shown in the photos, a quiet neighbourhood, with very good amenities. We had all we needed for a 2-night stay. This is obviously an experienced host with very good and prompt communication.

The only challenge for us was the considerably low ceiling in the bedroom upstairs, which made it difficult to stand and move around freely and some lack of blinds from the front door and the bedroom window.

the shower as due to the set up waters were spilled despite the incline on the floor.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Είμασταν 3 άτομα και μας βόλεψε πολύ! Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι που είναι μεγάλο συν για όσους καπνίζουν! Ζεστό νερό υπήρχε πάντα! Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Θα πρόσθετα μια κουρτίνα στο ντους για να μην βρέχεται το υπόλοιπο του μπάνιου και θα βελτίωνα την θέρμανση. Ο πάνω όροφος έχει πολύ ζέστη ενώ ο κάτω δύσκολα ζεσταίνει. Κατά τα άλλα όλα πολύ καλά!

We liked almost everything about this place and won’t mind to stay again. Great location if you value quiet surroundings — the apartment is in a peaceful residential area where nothing happens at night, so it’s very calm. The streets are not as busy as in the city center, so finding parking is easy. Inside, the apartment is nicely renovated, very clean, and generally comfortable to live in. There’s even a washing machine, which is a big plus.

There is no private parking provided by the apartment, even though the listing suggests otherwise. You have to park on the street, but since the neighborhood is quiet, we were always able to find a spot within about 300 meters. The apartment has a second floor where the bed is located, but the ceilings there are quite low and slanted. Half of the bed is under a part of the ceiling where you can’t stand upright at all. The other half is slightly higher — someone around 1.65 m tall can stand there, but anyone taller won’t be able to fully straighten up. This isn’t a big issue if you only use the upper floor for sleeping and don’t plan to spend time there otherwise. There are almost no cafés or restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so if you’re traveling without a car, this location may not be very convenient. It’s a good option mainly for those who have a car and plan to drive every day.
