The experience was very good after finding the place. Loved being away tucked in a mountain with fresh air, near a church. Very clean, modern room. partial mountain view. breakfast items were lovely and there was variety. it was nice to drive into the action and then back to this little hideaway. quiet area. kids loved the colorful fan in the room. there was an initial issue with the cleanliness of the in room breakfast bar but it was quickly rectified.

Although it may seem trivial in the end the overall experience was ruined by not providing what they said they would. I had asked for packets of honey to go with the yogurt they left the second night and for the robe and slippers for my son (who was being charged as an adult) the response was that Anastasia will f/up with me but she did not. I had called to mention it as well and they said someone will reach out. I sent the request again in the booking app and I was ignored which didnt follow the prompt communications earlier for our first night which were super helpful and amazing. They did not bring those items and my son was quite disappointed which I explained in the message and still received no acknowledgement to that oversight, simply a canned hope you enjoyed your stay. It is a very silly way to leave the experience after having gone the extra mile earlier and over a simple matter of a washable robe, pair of slippers and SAMPLES of honey to go WITH the yogurt you left. why not leave the honey as it was offered the first morning, there is 4 of us so we would need to open all 4 of the samples to enjoy it on the yogurt. no? I would have appreciated a follow up at that time when there was plenty of time to bring these items OR in the end brining the items for us. I am a stickler for great service and consistency and do not enjoy false promises. There is no on site parking but a plateia in front of the building where its first come first serve parking. The second night was very hard to find parking as their restaurant had an event which meant no parking for us staying there in the room. So just know there is no guaranteed parking, if that matters to you. also received messages that were intended for other guests which had more helpful information about nearby attractions and sights. not sure why not all guests would not receive that information and only select. but i found what was sent to me in error helpful and advised them of error.

Hypermoderne Zimmer im kleinen Bergdorf, alles elektrisch bedienbar: Balkonmarkise, Verdunkelungsrollo (sehr wirksam), Vorhang zur Fensterfront. Stylische Ausstattung im Nussbaum/ Granit-Look. Zumindest im Bad mit automatischer Beleuchtungs- und Gebläsefunktion. Parken problemlos. Zimmer sind Teil des Castrizzi Grills im gehobenen Preissegment, weitere Restaurants bzw. Bars sind vorhanden. Schnelles WLAN. Großer Bildschirm mit Sound-System. Wanderung zur kleinen Kapelle Agios Andreas auf dem Hügel oberhalb sehr empfehlenswert.

Es gibt keinerlei Anleitungen zur Bedienung der Smart Home Ausstattung, nicht einmal das WLAN Passwort gab es ohne Nachfrage. Die Bedienung der Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist nur über verschachtelte Menüs an einem Touchpanel an der Eingangstür möglich, außer für die Nachtischlampen und das Bad. Leider nützt die sehr gute Verdunkelung nichts, da ein extrem hell grün leuchtendes Notausgang-Schild einem direkt ins Gesicht leuchtet. Die Wasserhähne sehen alle toll aus, der Regelbereich zwischen 25 und 60 Grad Wassertemperatur ist leider nur ca. nur 1 mm, Vorsicht ist geboten. Das Frühstück ist genau abgezählt, max. ein Kaffee u. Tee pro Tag u. Person. Da gibt es anderswo viel mehr bei günstigeren Preisen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur, wenn die Vermietung das freigibt, also besser nachfragen. Insgesamt würde man vorschlagen, dass jemand von der Vermietung mal eine Woche in einem der Zimmer wohnt und im Anschluss daraus selbst gewonnene Erkenntnisse umgesetzt werden.
