The house is 5 minutes' walk from Roman Odeon and old part of town. The property has a generous bathroom. The children loved the bunk beds.

The description of the property is inaccurate. It says it has 3 bedrooms, but in reality it is ONE bedroom with a bunk bed on top ( this bunk bed is described as a separate bedroom). The living room also has a bunk bed that is described as a separate bedroom. Both bunk beds are reachable through a ladder in the main bedroom. During our stay there was also a heavy mould smell that could not be covered by the heavy air freshener. There is no game room, just 2 game consoles that were not working.

Le logement est adorable, cosy et fonctionnel. Très bien équipé. Appartement rénové et aménagé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Et la terrasse sur le toit 🤩 L'hôte est à l'écoute et nous a bien accompagnés pour le check-in. Nous regrettons de n'être restés qu'une seule nuit.

Il n'est pas facile quand on arrive en voiture, surtout avec un gros véhicule, de s'arrêter devant le logement pour décharger les bagages. Mais nous avons trouvé un parking à 5 min à pieds très pratique (car parking).

Posizione centrale, personale gentilissimo e una totale varieta di attività da poter fare a casa, chitarra, video games, terrazzo attrezzato, Netflix praticamente tutto! Cucina pulita e completamente attrezzata! Come a casa!

Good location near the city center and the night life

The property is a big space separated in three by a thin wall creating a bedroom in the middle with an upper level where you need to be in special forces to enter… The entrance room has two sofas which are large enough for s.o to sleep. The main “bedroom“ has a comfortable double bed. What is left from the separated open space is a kitchen with a big kitchen table. In the far end there is a bathroom. The whole thing gives a feeling of newly renovated but cheap creation. This property will not receive a permit under the new rules of the ministry of tourism, definitely not for its bedrooms.
