Locatie is zeer goed, goede verbinding naar Jomtien centrum of Pattaya city. Ruime kamers, wel jammer dat er geen ventilators hangen waardoor je moet slapen met airco aan. Zeer goeie privacy zonder enige inkijk van buitenaf.
Veel van het meubilair is verouderd en beschadigd. Voor het betaalde bedrag kan de accommodatie wel wat liefde, opfrissing en vernieuwing gebruiken. Lounge buiten is klein en niet echt comfortabel. Als reiziger naar een zonnig en warm land als Thailand wil je niet binnen zitten maar lekker rustig buiten verblijven en wil je toch graag wat comfortabel zitten.
