A good-sized villa with comfortable beds.
Checkin/out process was weak, and left us with the perception of poor security.
Upon arrival (after a phone call beforehand), the villa had been left open. No one checked us in, just a piece of paper which was partially completed. The only person we saw of the maintenance man on the 2nd day.
No one checked us out; instructions were to leave key on table.
Overlooked whilst swimming.
Noise cafe/restaurant (evening) opposite villa.

Villa was clean, very nice pool, good value for money for our group of 5.
Shower doesnt have hot water, only luke warm.
Shower head should be replaced.
No extra blankets, only 4 for beds, not for people sleeping on sofa
3 Safes and none is working
Roof drainpipe leaks after rain
Billiard is missing one ball
Outlet behind sofa not working
Overall its a good place, but needs a bit of repairs.
