Everything was as described.
Our contact lady was responsive and supportive.
Villas here are in secured area, clean and quiet.
This is not about the villa itself, but the communal pool area. Crate around the pool broke off when my son was getting out, it cut his foot and his knee, it was bleeding pretty badly. We notified lady at the bar and asked if they had first aid kit. We pointed at the crate and the state our son was in, lady looked at the crate, waved her hand, ignored our son and just sat back down behind the bar. So just a warning, if you get hurt, you on your own.

The agent who met us, Polly, was super friendly and outgoing. She was super-kind and helpful at all points of our stay. It makes such a big difference to see a genuine, big smile when you check in. The place itself was very clean and the comfortable beds were perfect for us. The appliances were all new and in great condition. In fact, we were so impressed and happy we have booked another villa for early April.
Nothing really. (Maybe a sun lounger would have been icing on the cake)
