Balcony view of gulf, nice kitchen and dining area, location, clean condo.
We had no parking passes. Could not reach management by phone. I did reach someone by email to let him know about not having parking passes to fill out. He confirmed I would need valid parking passes. Did not hear back from him, was constantly worried that my car would be towed. When no owner contact provided, Avari should have a customer service number that gets answered.

My favorite was the view
That it was under construction and I was not told. It was very noisy and got woke up by the loud jack hammer
