Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Beautiful condo on the East Pass. We enjoyed the view.We were given the wrong front door code. The master bath shower drain stopped up, maintainece had to be called. Leak from a sprinkler head in master bath. No facial tissue provided, not enough toilet paper, only two dishwasher pods given.

This condo was perfect, from the spacious outdoor seating to the top notch decor. The beds were comfortable, the showers were super clean, and the kitchen had just enough appliances. The view is absolutely breathtaking and a great location to be close to everything but off the path a just enough.

The main reason we booked this unit was the location - it was on the beach. But the advertisement and the photos were somewhat misleading. Imagine our surprise when we got out on the balcony and realize we cannot swim there. To swim in the ocean, you must walk to the beaches and they are not near, especially when you are carying all the stuff with you. If we wanted that we would’ve booked a less expensive, across the street from the beach type of property. To access the beach on the right of the property, you must go through the main gate (the one you drive through) because the other gates are locked with a cord lock. The apartment was cute, but could’ve been cleaner. Lots of dust everywhere so if you have allergies like we do, this may be an issue. The appointment does offer a beautiful views (minus the unfinished metal wall in the front with black plastic sticking out).Sad to say but we would not recommend the property or would stay there again.
