East Pass 207 is an amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium situated on the beautiful Destin Harbor and East Pass features a king in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping 6 guests comfortably. This immaculate condo is equipped with a designer open kitchen, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The huge master bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony and a master bath with a double vanity. Relax comfortably on a balcony long enough to be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room, with lounging areas and captivating water views!

The directions are a little confusing, we stayed in East Pass, but all the doors had an "N" on them. Everythings was nice and clean but could use some upgrades on the master bedroom carpet and the blinds were very difficult to open and close, a couple of the hooks were off and I couldn't get them back on. On the liani there was an old beat up matt that needs replacing. All in all it was good experience.

The view was pretty good. I have a little babe so it was nice staying at the board and ocean. I imagine the beach as well if it wasn’t closed during our stay. The pool was nice and the view from the pool was amazing. I think the seating by the pools needs cleaned because they were pretty dirty. Our room was awesome and very roomy for us all. I had to spend most of many in the room with the baby. Very clean and pretty. The AC went out during our stay and they kept up with communication and brought in fans for us and had it back up the folllowing morning. When I read take the water taxi to Margaritaville I thought it was included but it’s not. I def wish the beach right next to the hotel was open and that they weren’t working on their viewing beach but overall it was a good stay.

Condo was very nice, we were slightly upset about the pool and hot tub being closed and only being notified 3 days in advance.
