East Pass 207 is an amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium situated on the beautiful Destin Harbor and East Pass features a king in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping 6 guests comfortably. This immaculate condo is equipped with a designer open kitchen, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The huge master bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony and a master bath with a double vanity. Relax comfortably on a balcony long enough to be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room, with lounging areas and captivating water views!

Please note that the pool and spa are now closed for resurfacing and repairs. In addition, renovation work is taking place in various common areas, including interior and exterior bathrooms, the club room, fitness center, and portions of the parking lot. Additional exterior resurfacing projects may also occur later this spring depending on contractor scheduling.
Guests may notice daytime construction activity, temporary amenity closures, workers on site, and restricted access to certain areas. Timelines provided by the Association are estimates and may be subject to change.
***The Norriego Point beach access is closed in some areas (access to the tide pools and beach), but you may still walk around the area. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away.***

The view was pretty good. I have a little babe so it was nice staying at the board and ocean. I imagine the beach as well if it wasn’t closed during our stay. The pool was nice and the view from the pool was amazing. I think the seating by the pools needs cleaned because they were pretty dirty. Our room was awesome and very roomy for us all. I had to spend most of many in the room with the baby. Very clean and pretty. The AC went out during our stay and they kept up with communication and brought in fans for us and had it back up the folllowing morning. When I read take the water taxi to Margaritaville I thought it was included but it’s not. I def wish the beach right next to the hotel was open and that they weren’t working on their viewing beach but overall it was a good stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I would recommended it to anyone with little children. My kids loved the pool and the beach (that is private to the condo) it’s quite in the area and just what we was looking for!

Very nice and safe property. Gorgeous views of the HarborWalk and the gulf. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only downfall was construction going on in tower 2 and beside us.

The Real Joy team was great at communicating, however, the condo that was advertised as unit 207 did not adequately depict the condo that we stayed in. They also advertise 2 pools, however, the 2nd pool belongs to Tower 2 and that was for private owners and we were not allowed to swim there.
The beach access to Noriego point was blocked off from the condo property by a locked gate, so you have to walk off of the property to access this.
The coffee pot was broken, the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was loose, the TV in the queen bedroom would not connect to wi-fi to save my life.
The kitchen was stocked just barely enough for the 2 of us 50ish women, however, there's no way there are enough dishes to try to cook a decent meal for the family.
All in all, we had a decent time.
