Please note that the pool and spa are now closed for resurfacing and repairs. In addition, renovation work is taking place in various common areas, including interior and exterior bathrooms, the club room, fitness center, and portions of the parking lot. Additional exterior resurfacing projects may also occur later this spring depending on contractor scheduling.
Guests may notice daytime construction activity, temporary amenity closures, workers on site, and restricted access to certain areas. Timelines provided by the Association are estimates and may be subject to change.
***The Norriego Point beach access is closed in some areas (access to the tide pools and beach), but you may still walk around the area. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away.***

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Understandably not their fault but the beach near by was closed and the only clear communication about it from them was not until a fee days before our arrival. The condo was BEAUTIFUL the views were priceless. The AC was not working in the unit which someone in the elevator mentioned was a whole building issue. The hot tub also did not work. Parking was super easy and convenient. Access to the water for fishing and viewing (other than the beach) was easy.

The condo was nice but I didn’t like that we would have to walk so far to get to beach because of construction, I would prefer to have direct access to beach

Setting was beautiful. Condo was kind of dirty. Killed two humongous roaches. Elevator was broken when we arrived. Had to carry luggage/groceries up 3 flights of stairs. They did get the elevator fixed eventually. Hot tub wasn't working.
