My family was in Destin for a vacation that included a youth softball World Series in Fort Walton. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was spacious, clean, and cool. Will definitely look to stay again if in Destin.

Everything was exactly as expected. The condo was very clean. Only one elevator was in working order but we used the stairs without issue. The views are amazing from every window. Some work is being done to make the nearest beach more accessible so for now it is a bit of a walk but it is well worth it! The beach is beautiful!

The unit itself was beautiful and the location couldn't have been more beautiful.
Unfortunately there were some issues with the unit and the complex. The master bathroom needed to have the bath faucet and the shower facet fixed (although it was noted that it was scheduled to be updated).
The half bath plastic covering the lighting on the ceiling was broken and coming down. There was also mold on it and some on the ceiling.
The faucet on the sink did not work properly ... it shot water at you when you were using it and it leaking into the cabinet below. There was a bucket to "catch" the water that had to be emptied.
The worst part was with the complex it self... there was an overflow pipe that emptied below the pool that smelled like the sewer. Depending on how the wind blew there were times you couldn't sit outside on the porch... also on the loungers around the pool. The hot tub was also broken and closed.
