Great location, lovely pool area and grounds that are beautifully maintained. Really excellent communication from Marlava homes, with clear instructions and recommendations for places to see. Any queries were answered almost immediately.
Could use air conditioning.

Key box at back of letter box very difficult to open.also only one set of keys.need a key to access complex and also a key for apartment. Sitting room furniture very uncomfortable. Shower very poor.tv in a very dangerous position.
