La situation géographique, l’aménagement de l’appartement, bien pensé, le parking gratuit, les explications par lien internet très clair
La caution non mentionnée dans l’annonce, le fait de devoir faire un état des lieux avec photos au départ et à l’arrivée sans présence physique, les marches pour entrer et sortir de la salle de bains côté chambre et couloir, pas très pratique et dangereux la nuit

Caution très élevée , réactivité de l’hôte, pas de fer à repasser à réponse négative suite à demande, trop de choses à faire au Check in / Check Out qui mettent un peu trop de pression durant le séjour.
