Overall the place was very nice and clean the view was lovely of the ocean and we did enjoy the access to the beach.

Right on the beach.

We were only given 4 towels for 7 days, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. No towel to step out of the tub with and the floor was slippery. This was hard as staying on a beach certainly requires showering everyday. We also only had 1 extra roll of toilet paper, which doesn’t go far with 2 ladies for 7 days. Also we could not purchase the right coffee filters/coffee for the little pot they had. That was impossible, and we were not offered a way to have more coffee after the first day. We had to walk 10 min or drive to get coffee. After we asked for towels it took 2 additional days to have them dropped off, which was now on day 4. We did end up with 1 more roll of toilet paper and 2 towels were dropped off. Oh yes and the ice maker did not work.

The room was dirty and the mattresses were terrible ! The construction noise was unbearable even in the beach! You should have a warning ! I would have never booked here .

Un desastre , NO VAYAN A MARENAS , una estafa

la atención del sr encargado de maletas y los encargados del parking de vehículos, son los únicos que atendieron con amabilidad, claridad y siempre buscando la solución a nuestros problemas

1.- La recepcionista que estaba de turno el dia 24 de febrero en la mañana, atendio con una actitud displicente , no empatizando con nuestras necesidades ni dando solución a nuestras inquietudes .Nunca se puso en el caso nuestro que veniamos llegando de un viaje de 8 hrs de noche.Jamas nos ayudó con las amenidades que posee el hotel para estos casos , tuvo que intervenir el sr encargado de maletas , quien nos llevo a las duchas y nos guardó las maletas para salir ese dia a nuestras actividades . la recepcionista solo se encargó de enrostrarnos que mi reserva no la habia hecho directamente en la pagina del hotel, por lo que cualquier problema que nosotros tuviesemos ella no lo iba a solucionar ni le interesaba darnos una orientacion.Lo terrible fue que mi reserva la hice en booking y directamente al anunciado de Marenas Hotel,pero no fue así ya que existen subarrendadores dentro de booking que no se hacen responsable de nada 2.- La habitación estaba sucia ,la tina de baño con pelos en los rincones , basura en el suelo , entre los veladores y la pared con restos de botellas desechables.Las almohadas un asco y los cobertores feos y muy delgados.ese dia estaba muy helado y no habian blankets . 3.- El secador de pelo estaba malo , y dado la mala calidad de la habitación decidimos no usar los implementos de cocina tengo fotos que apoyan mi opinion
