The property is about a 10-minute walk from Monte Mario Train Station, from where you can reach the Vatican in minutes (just a few stops). It also offers easy access to the city centre (Spanish steps, Colosseum, ect.) and the metro station. There are several large and small grocery stores in the area, which were open until 22:30 when we were there. The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious, nice and clean bathroom. The accommodation is upstairs, with a terrace overlooking the street and the cosy neighbourhood on one side and trees, a courtyard and a large green area on the other. Perfect to have a coffee, dine or even work on your laptop in the open air in the shade. Very cosy, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The host is extremely helpful and responds promptly to any request or question. I can only recommend it to anyone who does not insist on staying in the centre.

Not for allergics - there is a cat using the terrace. For some, it can be a plus though ;)
Access with very narrow staircase - would be impossible with a big suitcase without help of the owner.

Alessandro à été vraiment très aimable, il nous a attendu malgré notre heure d'arrivée très tardive.
Il nous a trouvé une solution pour le parking de la voiture.
L'appartement est bien conçu, propre et au calme
Faire dormir les gens dans un canapé lit convertible est ridicule.
C'est très inconfortable et nous avons très mal dormi.
C'est dommage de tout gâcher à cause de ça.
Oubliez également le petit déjeuner.
Nous avions les petits déjeuners compris, mais à part le café à disposition et de qualité, il ne faut pas s'attendre à autre chose.

Appartamento luminoso, fuori dal traffico di Roma, logisticamente perfetto. Alessandro e la sua famiglia sono molto cordiali ed accoglienti. Bel regalo di benvenuto.
