About this house rental
A newly renovated country villa-farmhouse completely immersed in the greenery of about 5 hectares with a swimming pool for exclusive use. The villa is on two levels each with its own independent entrance. The lower floor consists of a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a smaller one with a bunk bed with the possibility of an extra bed and two complete bathrooms one with a bathtub and one with shower.
Upstairs we find a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen and two large double bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and another complete with shower. The house is finely furnished with fine furniture and finishes with great attention to detail. It is bright thanks to large windows overlooking the park and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and smart TV in all rooms, free wi-fi and towels and bed linen included in the price. The villa is located in an optimal and strategic position between the countryside and the city: we are in fact inside an archaeological area in the Parco di Veio area. The house is well connected by public transport and is only 15/20 minutes from the center. There is also the possibility of a shuttle service on request. Possibility to have lunch / dinner in the open air and take advantage of the barbecue for excellent barbecues. Around the pool there are also lounges for relaxing and sunbathing.
