Property was VERY clean and comfortable. Emy the housekeeper was amazing and very helpful. Fabio was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful. Only issue was the lift. If someone did not close both sets of doors the lift could not be called and used. Walking up 5 flights of stairs to the third floor after a day at Colosseum and Palatine Hill was rough on the legs. I would stay here again based on our experience

Fabio was truly the best host ever! He helped us arrange transportation to, and from the airport, gave restaurant recommendations, stayed and chatted with some of our family when we arrived and even brought us treats one day in the form of a yummy Roman pie. Fabio was an excellent host not only meeting us the apartment to unload our luggage from the shuttle...but came back on our last day to bid us adieu and help put our 20 plus bags on the vans. His place was immaculate and all ten of us love our accommodations etc. The best part about the our 3 day was Emy our maid who not only kept the place tidy and homey for us, but she made coffee and washed our clothing. Very conveniently located, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Fabio was a wonderful host. Met us at the apartment and after explaining it’s working items, gave us a tour of the local block to accommodate our needs; grocery, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. L’isola della Pizza was fantastic! Fabio was awesome. He gave us a short walking tour when we first got there. He showed us 3 or 4 of his favorite restaurants that were in the neighborhood (and more importantly, showed us which ones to avoid), and he was right! Great food! His place is plenty big enough for large groups, and it’s clean and comfortable. Great location.

Fabio is an exceptional host. He was at the place during check in. The process was super easy!! He gave us a tour of the place and in addition he gave us short tour outside. This apartment is everything you need or want. There is a Metro stop steps from the entrance and truly just a short 5-10 min walk to the Vatican. We had 6 adults (only 1 couple) so everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom with a queen bed in each. The shutters on the windows worked amazingly well for room darkening and it was OH SO QUIET! The kitchen was well stocked with several coffee makers, electric kettles, coffee AND tea and every dish, cup, glass, pot and pan. And the showers are AWESOME (albeit a tad small) - takes a few minutes to get the hot water but we had 5 people showering at one time and never ran out of hot water! We had a wonderful 5 days there. Thank you, Fabio...you have an absolutely beautiful apartment and we thank you for allowing us to experience Rome from there.

Fabio’s place was absolutely perfect! We were a family of 10 (including a 2 yr old) and each couple had their own bedroom with private bath along with a large kitchen and living room to gather in. The A/C in the bedrooms were wonderful in the hot August heat. The Metro stop was literally right in front of the apartment which was so convenient. There was even an incredible housekeeper who came everyday and made our beds and brought fresh wonderful oversized bath towels and even did some laundry for us!!! It was amazing! I cannot recommend Fabio’s place enough! And to top it off the pillows were normal sized and comfortable (every place else we’ve stayed in Rome they’re usually flat and hard). Fabio also gave great recommendations for everything and was happy to answer any questions. Our son in law feels like he has a new Italian friend. Thanks Fabio for your kindness!

We booked all 5 bedrooms for our stay. The apartment and rooms where spotlessly clean, check in was a breeze and the rental is larger than I expected in pictures. Fabio helped us to arrange transportation and dinner reservations and answered all questions before and during our stay promptly. Location at a metro stop made getting around Rome very simple. Highly recommend for a short or long term visit. Kitchen was perfectly appointed. Housekeeping service was also a plus for tidying up and some laundry. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this flat for a stay in Rome. Fabio checked us in and gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. As we were traveling with 4 grown children, the 5 en suite rooms were very convenient. This flat is also quite convenient to many attractions in Rome—the Vatican and Campo do Fiori on foot and the metro stop just outside the door to our building. We would definitely stay here here again!

Because this was my first time in Rome and my first time using VRBO, I was a bit nervous and made sure to research and read as many reviews as possible. I picked the apartment because I was traveling with a group of 7 family and friends. Fabio was an excellent communicator and put me at ease as we spoke several times from when I booked in January until the day before we landed in Rome. His driver is a bit eccentric but met us off the plane and brought us to the front door of the apartment where Fabio met us. The place is in a cute neighborhood about a mile from the Colosseum (walking distance for most of our group). We felt safe at all times of the day and night and Fabio gave us great recommendations for coffee and food in the neighborhood. During our three might stay, Fabio and Ami were extremely helpful, friendly and hospitable, helping us with laundry and bringing our group delicious pastries and cake. Overall, it was wonderful to have 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The apartment is extremely clean but somewhat dated by American standards. The bathrooms are small and the showers were surprisingly small to anyone who was visiting Europe for the first time but there was plenty of hot water. The place is on the third floor with narrow steps which was fine for our group. Thankfully, there was an elevator as well for those tired after a long day walking around Rome as well as for our luggage! The beds were very comfortable and most bedroom windows faced the courtyard. One of the rooms is adjacent to the busy street so is much louder than the others. I would stay again, especially with our big group, so much easier and cheaper than hotel rooms and we felt more like Romans than tourists!

My family of 7, aged 6-84 years old, visited Rome for the first time in March of 2023. Ample space, a minimum of 3 bathrooms, an elevator, washer, good reviews, and walkability to attractions/sites were features I included in my search for accommodations. This condo checked off those items. With 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a full en suite bathroom (all shower stalls) and queen sized bed, our family was able to spread out. The furnishings are dated, a little bit worn and very well used but comfortable and still usable. The kitchen was well equipped but could use new pots/pans. This place was walkable to many locations (5-10 minutes to Vatican City, 10-15 minutes to Castel Sant’ Angelo, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, and 25-30 minutes to Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, great shopping, and the Trevi Fountain). The Metro Ottaviano stop is just in front of the building, and a small food market is conveniently located just several feet away from the building entrance. Fabio was an amazing host. He arranged a taxi pickup from the airport for us. The cost of the transfer was 100 euros (standard from Rome to FCO). Our plane landed in Rome around 7am, and after we claimed our baggage and headed towards ground transportation, we were met by the taxi driver with a sign. He wasn’t the friendliest of drivers and seemed rushed, but he was informative. Upon our arrival at the building, we were met by Fabio, who allowed us to drop off our bags in the condo while Aimee (?spelling) finished cleaning up. We got lucky that those who stayed before us left early enough to allow Aimee to start cleaning early enough that by 12p, we were fully situated. Fabio was really a welcoming and gracious host. He checked us in, gave us amazing pointers and suggestions for places to visit (e.g. Borghese Gallery, which should be booked in advance as reservations are needed and limited) and places to eat (e.g. Osteria Ragno D’Oro, the nearby cafe, and a great bakery). Fabio actually walked us around the neighborhood, introduced us to the cafe owner, who gave us our first Italian espresso, and showed us a couple of restaurants and the bakery he recommended. Fabio is extremely responsive. We communicated via email once the reservation was booked and through WhatsApp as our trip approached and while we were in Rome. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again when we return to Rome.

What an amazing place! Fabio arranged transportation for us from the airport to the apartment. He met us upon arrival and was a tremendous help, he gave us a tour of the apartment and recommended local restaurants (take his recommendations!) & shopping. The location was perfect, easy access to the metro and a safe area and across the street from some great gelato! The apartment was spotless, well equipped, well maintained and the beds were very comfortable! we had plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out. Emy came in a cleaned and restocked every day and was an added blessing to our stay! This was second time in Roma and not our last, we will be booking with Fabio next year too!

What can I say other than everything was fabulous? I had never booked overseas and was a little apprehensive. From the first communication with Fabio, I started to feel confident I had the perfect host for our group of ten friends. I didn’t know anything about euros versus US dollars, but was assured I had done everything correctly. When we checked in, Fabio allowed us to leave our luggage until our apartment was ready. The rooms all had en suite bathrooms. The living room had plenty of room for all of us to participate in games and conversation. Fabio gave us recommendations for places for breakfast and even made dinner reservations for us. You cannot get a better location to all the sites in Rome you would want to experience. The subway is literally out the front of the complex! If I could give this experience 10 out of 5 stars I would. You will not only not be disappointed, you will be extremely happy with your stay! We were a party of 5 ladies and chose this apartment for the 5 bedrooms with ensuites. We enjoyed sitting round the breakfast bar in the kitchen and also sitting chatting in the living area too. Fabio was great to deal with from the start and arranged a driver for transport to and from the hotel and advised that that we needed euros to pay so we were all organised. Euros are also needed for the city tax. The apartment is lovely and it was so clean. We all felt very safe and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen too. There are hairdryers, soap, toilet roll and shampoo provided for each bedroom/ensuite. The location is great - it is only 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and there are lots of restaurants nearby - as well as the Metro station just outside the door. Fabio met us when we arrived and talked us through the apartment and also gave recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment is great and I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a quick 2 night stay at this apartment within easy walking distance from the Vatican and right on top of the Metro station. We were a family of 8 so the 5 bedrooms/baths were perfect. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms, none in the living areas which worked fine, and the elevator was a must as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Massimo was quick to respond to all of our inquires before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay in Rome. Fabio arranged transportation for us from the airport to the apartment and was waiting for us when we arrived. It was an unexpected amenity that Emi would do our laundry for us. We were a party of nine and we had plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood was also very nice with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The train is right outside the door making getting around Rome easy. We would stay again if we make it back to Rome.

Fabio arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport. We arrived early and he met us to store our luggage while the unit is being cleaned. He was extremely helpful throughout even when we somewhat locked ourselves out of the unit. We where 6 in a 5 bedroom apartment, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The air-conditioned felt great in these hot Rome days. Not modern, but practic and functional and would definitely stay here again, especially with a relatively large family.
