ダブル３（うち1部屋はバス＆トイレ付き）&ツイン1（シャワー＆トイレ）＋独立バス＆トイレで、女性５名で泊まるには申し分ない広さと間取り。８名着席の食事テーブル＆キッチンのダイニングルームと、ソファのあるリビングルーム。「写真ほどはきれいじゃない」というコメントもあったけど、写真どおりだと思う。狭いけどバルコニー付き。冷暖房完備。マレのど真ん中で、建物入り口や内装もパリっぽい。エレベーター有り。洗濯機・乾燥機付き。スーツケースはコンシェルジュ役のファビオに頼んでチェックイン前に置かせてもらった。
保証金が返ってくるのに３週間かかった。鍵がひとつだけなのはとても不便。せめてふたつは欲しい。補償のことを考えると仕方ないけど、部屋はシックなのに食器類はIKEA。調味料、キッチンペーパーなどはない。トイレットペーパーも数が少なすぎ。アメニティが皆無。せめて石鹸くらいは欲しかった。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえるか当日まで分からず、午後３時のチェックイン時に掃除が終わっていなかった。忙しい日だったようだけど、レンタル会社とのやりとり、保証金問題など、連絡状況が宜しくなく途中不安になる。結果的には楽しい滞在だったので10点あげるけど、旅慣れていないと面倒かも。ホテルに泊まった方がいい。

Great location, surrounded by shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars. Very clean apartment, had all the essentials. Check in went smoothly and they were able to accommodate an early check in!

De lokatie is fantastisch, ziet er prachtig uit op de foto's. Woonkamer en keuken zijn heel ruim en prettig. De matrassen zijn top. Lokatie is op loopafstand van veel toeristische locaties en de halte van de hop-on-hop of bus die je naar de andere locaties kan brengen. In de buurt zijn de bakker en een kleine supermarkt wat heel handig is in de ochtend. Verder was het heel erg schoon.
Everaldo deed de ontvangst en was zeer flexibel en behulpzaam.
Foto's waren iets mooier dan het appartement zelf en er zouden wat meer glazen (4 wijnglazen op 7 gasten :) ) kunnen zijn. De temperatuur was wat moeilijk te regelen maar het was dan ook erg koud afgelopen dagen. Daarnaast was er in 2 badkamers minder warmwater, in 1 badkamer hadden we daar verder geen last van.
Dit zijn allemaal kleine dingen, overall was een fantastische lokatie.
