The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome and taken care of, especially as a solo female traveler. They were always available whenever I needed anything and genuinely went out of their way to help. What I especially appreciated was how thoughtful they were — I overslept breakfast a few times, and even hours after breakfast had officially finished, they would still bring it to my room without me even asking. It's also amazing value for money. The price is very affordable, especially considering the hospitality and everything you get during your stay. For budget travelers or backpackers looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Marrakech, I think it's a great choice.

The main thing I would suggest improving is the security of the female dorm. The door cannot be locked and basically stays open all the time. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel a little uncomfortable at first, as technically anyone could just walk into the room. It would be great to have some kind of lock to make it feel more secure. Another thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is located outside the room and is shared with guests from other rooms, including men. It wasn't a major issue for me, but I think it's useful for other female travelers to know this in advance. The hostel is located inside the old Medina, and for someone who isn't used to travelling in this part of the world, the surroundings can feel a little intimidating and scary at first. I personally felt completely fine there, so I wouldn't really consider it a negative — just something worth being prepared for.

It’s was really good on of the best hostels I’ve ever been in , the staff are very kind and welcoming to foreigners and moroccans as well , the place was clean and feels like home

Its good not too much expensive , i love the surrounding And its good place and comfortable to stay it feel like home. The Host Mohammed Ali is good boy he treats you like family member even the breakfast is awesome
