Tolle zentrale Lage, tolle Ausstattung, liebevoll an alles gedacht, gemütlich, toller Garten. Sehr netter Empfang. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Bahnhof auch nicht weit.

The flat is well equipped and the milk, butter and breakfast items were much appreciated. The garden was a lovely space to relax in after the heat of the day. We were able to arrange to drop off our luggage which was really helpful as we arrived by train early. It is a short walk to the train and bus station. There were good links by public transport to all local attractions. Close to shops and eaterys.

The property was as described and in a central location in St Austell. We did not use our car, instead relied on public transport. We enjoyed being able to sit out in the garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the breakfast goodies and the bottle of wine that the hosts provided. Kate and Alan were excellent hosts and communication was good throughout booking and our stay.
It is a basement flat so natural light is somewhat limited. There are dehumidifier units so there is some background noise (not in bedroom during the night)
