The property is tucked away with a fully enclosed and secure garden, with hot tub, bbq and outdoor seating. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a separate small freezer. Upstairs bedroom with en suite and a downstairs loo! Good location central to all the places we wanted to visit, Polperro, Looe and Charlestown.
For us .. the bed was far too small and uncomfortable.

Good location for general trips, clean cosy house.
Entry through the garden gate was very hard to push open, especially if carrying bags. Equally hard to bolt at night, for security. Absolutely awful artificial turf, which is so bad for the environment, was unexpected. No information about recycling either. No explanation about where to park, with parking restriction signs up everywhere. Had to call the owners about parking and was told to ignore these signs.
