An excellently located apartment just 50 meters from the Jean Jaurès stop (tram line A in Cenon). This gets you to Bordeaux's Pont de Pierre in no time. Additionally, several supermarkets and a bakery are within short walking distance (max. 100m). The clean and spacious apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by either elevator or stairs. Because it is located at the rear side of the building, there is very little street noise inside. The spacious terrace overlooks a notary office, behind which lies a parking lot that can be used by the apartment's tenants. For runners, it is possible to jog from Les Cèdres all the way to Parc Palmer and continue your workout there. The apartment offers a lot of comfort, and although there is no air conditioning, the oppressive heat during the heatwave was manageable thanks to two fans and cooler nighttime temperatures. Even though there is an excellent Wi-Fi network and two televisions, the Tour de France unfortunately could not be streamed via Google Cast. Luckily, the Tour passed right through Bordeaux during our stay 😉. There is also plenty of useful kitchen equipment available, and we made great use of the large refrigerator with a separate freezer. It is a pity that the shower door could no longer close fully due to a clamping rubber strip, and that one kitchen towel was a bit sparse for a seven-day stay. Definitely a location to choose again for a next visit to Bordeaux and its surroundings!

Hôte hyper réactif en cas de besoin, logement hyper confortable tout est mis à disposition dans les moindres détails. L’emplacement est super, transports à proximité. Je recommande à 100%.
