Seaside Bungalow

The location of the house is absolutely excellent — just a 30-second walk from the beach. The area is not overly crowded, and the view is beautiful. The sea and the water in this area are truly amazing, which is definitely the biggest advantage of this property.

The house is not in the best condition. We experienced problems with the blinds, the windows, and the water pressure in the bathroom. Hot water is a real problem at this property — you can wait around 20 minutes for the water to heat up, and once it does, there is usually only enough hot water for one person. This is particularly inconvenient when staying with several people. Cleanliness is also not one of the property's strong points. In addition, there is only one air-conditioning unit for the entire house, and during very hot days it simply cannot properly cool the bedrooms. This can make sleeping quite uncomfortable. The layout of the building is also rather strange. The upper part of the building, including the terrace overlooking the sea, belongs to a different rental unit. Depending on the situation, having another group of guests directly above you can be quite disturbing and affects the feeling of privacy. Parking is another significant issue for more than 1 car. The property has only one designated parking space, even though there are several parking spaces within the complex. During our stay, there were days when as many as 10 parking spaces were unused. We asked the management if they could help us get in touch with the neighbors who were not using their spaces on those particular days, with the intention of paying them to use one. Unfortunately, the staff were very dismissive about this request every single time and instead suggested that we park in a parking area approximately 1.5 km away from the house. Considering that parking in the immediate area is extremely limited, finding a parking space can become quite an adventure. Regarding the neighbors, the ones on the right side of the house were exceptional — friendly, respectful, and considerate. Unfortunately, the neighbors on the left side were extremely loud and disturbing, both during the day and late into the evening.

Very good communication with the host, excellent location on the beach, close to restaurants and also to city center. Very comfortable location, crystal clean, all you need was provided. We thank Marina from the bottom of the hard for her hospitality!

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht und nett eingerichtet. Die Betten waren angenehm zum schlafen. 1 Klimaanlage fürs gesamte Haus ist vielleicht ein bisschen zu unter dimensioniert. Das zweite Bad ist recht klein, hat aber alles was ein Bad benötigt. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet so das man auch mal gerne gekocht hat. Das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Nähe zum Strand. Es sind praktisch nur 5 Schritte. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen.

Die Qualität der Restaurants an der Strandpromenade ist leider schwach. Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht . Zum Essen gibt’s kein Öl, Essig, Salz , Pfeffer. Da wir oft in Griechenland unterwegs sind, wissen wir wie gut die Griechische Küche ist. Die Bifteki waren von Discounter. Insgesamt noch nicht mal Imbiss Qualität. Preis-Leistung passt nicht. In einigen Restaurants tauchten unerklärliche Positionen auf. Meistens auf griechischer Schrift. Die Restaurants an der Hauptstraße sind deutlich besser. Die Strände sind sehr voll.
