On the positive side, the outdoor area with the table and sofas is the nicest part of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, frappe maker, toaster, and more.
On the first day, there was no hot water and no light in one of the bathrooms. We only received a photo of the electrical panel late in the evening so we could turn the water on ourselves. There was an air conditioner only in one of the bedrooms, while the other two were in the hallway and the living room – none of them were working. The rooms were very hot even with the windows open at night. Two of the rooms are located on floor -1 with only a small window. There were also no garbage bags, dustpan, or floor mop provided.
