A wonderful vacation

We really liked our stay in the house - there are everything that you need. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a lot of space. Very quiet place, but close to the beach bars. The host was very nice answered quickly to my messages. We recommend!

Cozy, refreshing and cheerful.

The villa was spacious and offered a beautiful view, along with a large yard featuring a mandarin tree, swings, and crossbars for the more active guests. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he had left us cold water and beers before our arrival. Most impressively, he helped us recover a forgotten item from a nearby beach bar, a gesture that truly exemplified the warmth and pride of Greek hospitality. Anyone who stays here is sure to have a wonderful experience!

Amazing villa

We had an amazing time at this villa! The villa is very quiet and features five spacious double bedrooms along with a lovely fireplace, making it perfect for our group of two families. The large private garden and barbecue area were fantastic for outdoor fun. The central water heating was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. While the villa has a charming, older style with wooden balcony doors and marble floors, this only added to its character. Highly recommend for summer holidays!”

We spent our Easter holiday at this villa with several families and children, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The house had a strong, old, unpleasant smell, and the windows were extremely dirty. Overall cleanliness was well below expectations – we had to clean the place ourselves upon arrival just to be able to enjoy our vacation. Another issue was that the rooms are not fully separate (semi-detached layout), and although the listing mentioned private bathrooms, in reality there are only two shared bathrooms upstairs for five rooms. This was very inconvenient, especially for families. Hot water was only available if the heating system was turned on at least an hour beforehand, which made the house uncomfortably hot, especially since the weather outside was already warm (over 20°C). The host did send us messages explaining how to use the oven (which they forgot to mention at check-in), but unfortunately, attention was given to small details while the essential aspects – cleanliness, comfort, and accurate information – were overlooked. The villa does have potential, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially not to families with children looking for a relaxing and well-organized holiday.

Good location, near some very good beach clubs or public beaches; Nice terrace to stay at a glass of wine and chat in the evening; Well-equipped kitchen; Great Geko lizards protection :)

The access road to the house for approx 200m was very bumpy and full of rocks; We could have used another bathroom at the first floor.

It is a very big Villa, very clean and pretty close to the beach. At a 5 min driving distance. The host was very responsive and helpful, and can help you at any time. The house has all the facilities required for a comfortable vacation.

Excelent!

The villa has all you need. The rooms are clean with nice decorations. The living room is verry large and decorated in greek style. Beautiful view from balcony.

Acces road (unpaved). Trafic noise, late in the night, but not so disturbing. Acces to the beach is only with car. Only 11 persons can sleep in the bedrooms (4 doubles rooms and one triple room). There is another single bed on the superior hall. Two rooms are interconnected (You can go out into the hall or the bathroom just by going through one of them).

Camerele mari, aer condiționat în fiecare cameră, balcon și pe o parte și pe cealaltă, living frumos, tv, canapea, bucătărie bine utilată(3 frigidere, farfurii, tacâmuri) spațios, curat. Loc de joacă pentru copii, 4 leagăne, trambulină. Locația este perfectă pentru familiile cu copii mici. BAILE renovate, exact ca în poza. Gazdele ne-au lăsat cu bax cu bere cadou (l-am găsit în fața ușii), iar la plecare ne-au dat un borcan cu miere 🤤. Recomand să veniți, arată mult mai bine ca în poze, și curtea la fel, au un duș exterior, pentru a te spăla de nisip, iarbă verde, loc de joacă pentru copii. Merită!!!

Check-in târziu, la 17:00, pentru ca nu terminase curățenia înainte.

O vacanta superba, cu o locatie extraordinara!

Este o vila excelenta, foarte spatioasa, curata, cu multa verdeata in jur. Proprietarul George este foarte, foarte amabil, primitor si o gazda excelenta! Ne-a placut foarte tare la aceasta locatie, cea mai apropiata plaja de vila, este o plaja superba, cu nisip fin. Pina la plaja mergeam pe jos 9 minute. Bucataria este curata si echipata cu toate cele necesare. Vom reveni cu placere la aceasta vila.
