Relaxing, comfortable. Perfect ending of the summer 😊

Very nice accommodation in front of the sea. Our villa was very stylish, we had enough place for 2 adults and 2 kids. The manager Mr Fotis was super nice and friendly. Great hospitality. He gave us nice hints what we can see, where to go. The breakfast was nice too. We spent some really fantastic days.

Friendly staff and very clean modern rooms!

The breakfast was great! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Because it was the end of the season (the very end of September) only about half the restaurants in Possidi were open, but they were very good! And on the bright side this meant the beaches were a lot quieter.

I was confused by the fact the listing had a pool and eg yoga classes listed but there was not a communal pool (only the private ones associated to rooms) or any communal areas or e.g. classes. However it turns out many things listed can be arranged on request, for instance we rented bikes which was great!

Wonderful!

Very nice and new hotel. Very warming and responsive staff! We were given good recommendations of what to see and where to eat, they made reservations for us. Room was clean and spacius, the furniture is new. We liked the balcony, it was very nice to have a wonderful, delicius breakfast there. We also liked that we had a private, clean beach and dedicated place on it. We've really enjoyed our stay!

Impressive stay! When we will return to Possidi we will for sure stay here again

I am traveling for many years, both for business and for leisure, I have been in many 5 stars hotels, but Cavo Delea exceeded our expectations. The villas are great, very clean, good sized, and having a private pool is always a bonus when having our kids with us, though this time they have enjoyed more the sea, but anyways :). The private parking is a plus. The staff is incredibly helpful, the breakfast served daily in baskets is decent(if one doesn't like it there are plenty of cheap options at the bar across the street). We checked out very early on our last day and when hearing this the manager brought us packed sandwiches and snacks for the way the night before. Great service!

We knew from the very beginning that the private pools are not heated so this was not an inconvenience, but it would be great if they could plan this for the future. During lunch time, the water felt really cold but we got used to it in the end. Also I would work a bit on the breakfast options considering the number of adults and kids accommodated in one villa (for example for the days when they serve cereals, the chocolate ones especially :), they could have added more of those).

Magnific

The accomodation was beautiful, very clean, easy to reach everything, close to the beach. The beach was very good and the propriety had own umbrellas on the beach allocated per suite. The host was very supportive and carring. He provided us with excellent recommendations, made reservations for us and solved any demand we had. For families it is a great choice. For us it was the best accomodation and services we had till know. We recommend with open heart. It is excellent. We for sure will choose again next years!

The Best Vacation in Greece

Accommodation at Cavo Delea exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The pool was perfect, and everything was just a few meters from a private beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the clean sandy beach were included in the price of the accommodation, with designated spots for each room — so you'll never find someone else taking your place. The town of Poseidi is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby offering delicious local Greek cuisine. But the best part was the service provided by the manager Fotis — he's amazing! Tasty breakfasts were served almost "in bed" — right on the room's terrace by the pool. Fotis was always helpful and friendly. The best holiday we've had in Greece — we'll definitely be coming back!

Ideal for families with children, especially small ones. Quiet and peaceful area. Good breakfast, different every day. Private beach, restaurants opposite the accommodation, where serve very delicious meals! The beach has gray sand with stones. An ideal place if you want to relax peacefully by the sea. Kind and friendly staff. I recommend rent a car, because there are many interesting small towns nearby for different tastes and preferences.

it was just WOW. The property was as advertised. Positioned close to the ocean, clean and well kept. The entire staff was well organized and professional. The manager, Fotis, was always available and willing to help. He provided great recommendations for restaurants, trips and places to see. Always with a. smile and friendly, a credit to the organization. The place is suited for a family and proper rest. There are numerous restaurants within 1 to 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is sandy and the ocean was clear. A true gem.

The property is located right on the seafront and has an excellent private beach, perfect for families with children. Cleaning is done daily and exactly as it should be. We truly loved our stay at Cavo Delea. The room was cozy, super clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was fresh and full of flavor, and the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Everything felt peaceful and just perfect – we can’t wait to come back!

The location seems to be designed for young couples, not for families with kids

- We liked the big and spacious room with minimalistic design. - The garden was also very beautiful with lots of flowers and trees. - A nice touch was the lavender flowers which kept the mosquitoes away in the evening. - Very close to the center at walkable distance. - Very big and spacious parking lot. - The hosts were nice.

On the inside, we didn't liked the following: - very dark restroom, the light is coming from behind the main wall - the shower has clear glass door providing no intimacy - the bathroom is open space with the bedroom so every use can be disturbing at night - the bed mattresses are very soft but this depends on everyone's taste On the outside, we didn't liked the following: - no heated pool, so the water is relatively cold for kids - you have no intimacy on the terrace, being visible from the neighborhood - even if they wanted to provide a traditional Greek breakfast, there were many packaged products that you can find in the supermarket. No Greek yoghurt, no feta cheese. Too many sweets. - the biggest disappointment was the beach - I can't even call it beach- which is no way near the pictures posted on booking showing nice sand and shallow waters. Being a family with small kids, this was the main issue. The beach is very narrow, full of pebbles, with almost no distance between sunbeds. At 9 AM the sunbeds were not even placed on the beach. No shallow waters, the entrance is steep and full of rocks. Not suitable for kids.

Relaxing vacation in a high class location

Probably the best location in Possidi. The room was big enough for 3 people, very clean and comfortable beds. We appreciate attention to details. The private pool makes all the difference. Very nice garden in front of our pool. If you want some privacy probably it's best to have a room with garden-view instead of sea-view, which is quite close to the main street. The beach and water are excellent. Big plus for having the sunbeds reserved with your room number. So, you won't have to wake up early in the morning to reserve them. You are sure nobody will occupy your place on the beach.

The breakfast was enough for 3 people, but it will be nice in the future to get rid of the wrapped supermarket products. Besides eggs, bread, milk, juice, everything else are packed products from the supermarket. The location is too good for such a breakfast. Or the breakfast is not at the level of the location. Maybe it were better without it.

Lovely place

The location was very good. The staff and the manager were very kind and forthcoming. The breakfast was quite nice. The suite has almost everything one would need for elegant stay: functionality, style, assets, access..... It was a lovely place for a week getaway.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It was nothing like the master bed that was very comfortable, soft and cosy. So no good option at the moment for more than 2 persons (unless people appreciate super firm mattress) in a suite (at least in the one that we've been staying in). The shower cabin glass door could be tinted. This way it looks like the suite is designed and built only for romantic couples or groups. Definitely there is a need of towel hanger or hooks around the sink.

The suites & location are absolutely beautiful. The property has everything you could need and is so tastefully done. The staff cannot do enough for you and accommodate your every need. Possidi itself is such a pretty place with such friendly people.

Unfortunately they are still building the properties so there was a lot of noise from construction work and strong smells as I think they were putting a type of resin on the floor or using petrol tools.

The place is great overall, however, I would say it's not the best value of money.

The location is amazing as well as the room size and the pool, which makes you feel that it's your own private villa. The beach is 2 min walk away and there are sun beds for every room, which was great. Private parking was a plus too.

The girl on the reception was rude and not friendly at all, which wasn't what we were expecting. The air conditioner shuts down completely every time when you open the door, so, for example, if you go to the pool - you have to lock your doors in order to keep the rooms cold, which was inconvenient. There weren't enough lights in the bathroom, so it was quite dark when you shower. The breakfast wasn't enough for 3 people.

It's the Holiday I wanted

Everything was perfect, clean, fragrant, comfortable, decorated with a lot of care. The beach and deck chairs are cleaned daily. Pillows for lying on the beach, arrive every morning by van. Grass green, regularly maintained. The private pool was cleaned by a robot while we were on the beach. I watched the staff for 10 days, all trained the same, doing all the work as if they were invisible.Breakfast is at the pool at the agreed time, carefully designed. Double bed - something most comfortable we slept on. I could write a lot more, but I will leave it for next summer. Thanks a lot, for everything.

Towel hooks are needed, both on the terrace and in the apartment, they can also be self-adhesive, no problem.

Great location. New hotel, very modern, very comfortable. The personnel was very attentive and careful all long of our stay in the hotel. Big advantage is the fact that we had reserved free sunbeds on the hotel private beach. Very close also to one of the beautiful beach in Khalkidhiki - Possidi Cape, with one of the most exciting sunset. I really recommend Cavo Delea for some great summer days.

Amazing stay for the whole family

We had an amazing stay at Cavo Delea Suites. The room was very spacious and we had a great look to the sea. The bed was very comfortable, and also the additional bed for our kid. The breakfast was very rich and tasty - all our needs were satisfied, even though we haven't informed before our stay that we will need gluten and lactose free breakfast for one. The hotel is on the first line - great location for families with kids /and lazy guests, who don't like to walk too long to the beach/ :) Our special thanks are for Elina, who welcomed us and took care of all our needs during our stay. We will definitely come back to Cavo Delea!

Loved it

We stayed at the executive suite. Everything was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day. The rooms were new, modern, clean, there was attention to detail. The location was very good although we stayed put and we didn't move around the area. Most importantly, we cannot thank Elina and the other staff enough. The service was exceptional. We had two small kids (2 years old) and they accommodated all their needs and always with a smile on their faces. If we visit Halkidiki again, we will definitely be returning to Cavo Delea.
