Modern eingerichtetes, angenehm helles, sauberes Studio. Sehr bequemes Bett, praktisch möbliert. Obschon das Studio im Erdgeschoss gleich neben der Strasse ist, war es erstaunlich ruhig (sehr wenig Verkehr, vor allem nachts). Ich konnte problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist sehr nahe.
Ein total verfleckter und schmudeliger Teppich liegt auf einem schönen Parkett(imitat) Boden. Schade, ansonsten war das Studio sehr sauber. Das Klimagerät ist zwar effizient, macht aber einen Riesenlärm. Das Haus selbst ist alt. Schlechte und schmutzige Fenster und Storen. Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus ist extrem schmudelig (Abfallsäcke, Zigarettenstummel und weggeworfene Werbungsflyer liegen herum). Es befindet sich halt in einer nicht sehr privilegierten Gegend von Basel.

Wir haben einen Urlaub in Basel gemacht. Die Wohnung ist schön und wir können einfach irgendwo mit dem Tram (Messeplatz) fahren. Die Antworte haben wir bekommen, die immer schnell und nett waren. Die Wohnung ist sauber und voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in EG. Mann kann nicht oft die Fenster aufmachen (wegen Privat-Gründen). Wenn mann deshalb kochen will, muss man die Fernster auf und können andere Leute rein gucken. Erste Tag hat die Heizung leider nicht funktioniert.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Toller Standort.
Es war leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Töpfe und das Besteck mussten vor dem Kochen zuerst sauber gemacht werden. Der Teppich war voller Staub. Auf der Heizung waren noch fremde Socken. Eine Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
