Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße (das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock). Die Ausstattung ist zufriedenstellend. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen recht eng, aber okay. Die Küche hat alle Basics, die man braucht. Viel Platz in den Schränken. Freundliche Atmosphäre. Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Die Handtücher haben muffig gerochen (gewaschen, lagen aber wohl zu lange im Schrank). Im Bad riecht es etwas muffig (kein Fenster, aber Lüftung vorhanden) und die Ausstattung ist ziemlich altmodisch (z. B . Armaturen: man muss Warm- und Kaltwasser manuell mischen; Dusche in Badewanne), aber es funktioniert alles.

Preiswert, Lage gut, relativ sauber, für max 3 -4 Nächte i.O.
Matratze schlecht, kein Schlafkomfort. Da Bett ist mit das Wichtigste bei einem Aufenthalt mir Übernachtung. Möbel wahrscheinlich günstig zusammengekauft. Küchenutensilien unvollständig. Im Schrank im Flur war der Staub 1cm hoch, musste erst saubermachen um Staubsauger und etc. nutzen zu können.

Había pelos de animal en la cama. Las almohadas no eran confortables. El espacio muy pequeño. La lavadora no se encuentra en el departamento es de pago y hay que esperar turno.
