Communication optimale avec la propriétaire. Le logement moderne était fidèle aux attentes et pratique pour y passer les nuits. Bien situé devant la ligne de tramway et pas trop loin d'un ligne de métro.

Il faisait très chaud et il n'y avait qu'un seul ventilateur pour les deux pièces occupées d'un lit. Dommage...

The only downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning but I’ve heard that it’s common for Italy. So we weren’t surprised.

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment. The location is great, close to two metro stations, with easy access to both the city center and the concert venues. The apartment is cozy, modern, well-equipped, and suitable for a longer stay. The host was very kind, responsive, and always happy to help. There is no dedicated parking space, but it's easy to find paid street parking nearby or use a secure parking garage within walking distance. Cleanliness was good (4/5). Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment has everything else you might need. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The only downside was the hot water. The boiler seems too small to provide enough hot water for a proper shower, which was a bit stressful during our stay. The host offered to call a technician, which we appreciated, but it seemed to be a limitation of the system rather than a temporary issue.
