Just Urban Stays - Modern 1-BR Flat with 90 sqm Terrace - M4 Tolstoj

Location was fabulous. Really easy to get into Milan Centre using the Metro. Metro station a few minutes walk from the apartment. Roof terrace was exceptional. If I was making a suggestion I would recommend the host keep the sofa and chairs under the sheltered overhang of the balcony above. We did this ourselves and sat outside even on a rainy day. Lovely little kitchen, master bedroom marvellous with lots of storage. Blinds opened electronically which was brilliant. Sofa bed need attention, it just wasn’t comfortable and felt like it had collapsed in the middle so I would say the apartment is better for 2 travellers unless the sofa bed is replaced for one that is fit for purpose. Hosts were excellent, really attentive by text message, instructions fabulous and we got to the apartment and in very easily. There is an Aldi supermarket a 10 minute walk, the prices were so cheap. Had a fabulous stay, would definitely go back if visiting Milan again. Thank you Gianmaria and Lorenzo - fabulous thank you.

Storing the outdoor sofa under the sheltered overhang of the flat above would me you could still use it even after rain. Sofa bed needs attention it isn’t comfortable but the bed in the main bedroom was fab so if it is for two people then it wouldn’t be a problem.

Schöne, helle und moderne Einrichtung. Besonders gut hat uns die tolle Dachterrasse gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und antworten schnell. Super war auch, dass alle wichtigen Informationen und Hinweise zur Wohnung per Handy geschickt wurden.

Es gibt nicht so viel Geschirr und Gläser, da könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein. Das Bad hatte leider keinen Schlüssel.

The balcony

The sofa bed is too soft and not really suit able for adults. My weight is below 75 kg and the mattress dipped making sleeping inconfortable.
