Disappointed

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and communication with the owner was smooth.

The apartment could have been cleaned better. During our 5-night stay, there was no cleaning service. Only 4 towels were provided for the whole stay, with no replacements, and we had to buy our own toilet paper as only a one-day supply was available.

The vespri red room

Everything I needed was there. I felt completely safe in the area. The air conditioning was highly appreciated with the extreme heat in Milan. I truly felt right at home. There are grocery stores on the blocks front and back making shipping to cook very easy. Aldi and ilgigantic. I would absolutely stay again.

The red room which I stayed in was on the 3rd floor without a lift. A bit rough for a lady my age but I just rested on each landing and it was fine.

Apartment is located in quiet neighborhood and is close to the stores, train and metro line (10-15min) that goes to the center. City center is not that far from the apartment and we walked almost every day (30-40min). Apartment features all the kitchenware you'll need, TV, big closet and bathroom. Everything is clean and you'll get small new shampoos. Also, host was extremely nice and even send video of how to enter the building.

Bed was uncomfortable (kind of sunked) but after changing sides (pillows to the leg side) we were able to sleep well.

Very good

For us it was a good location - 2 min to the bus which stops in the central parts eg next to the Sforza Castle and Pinacoteca di Brera. 20 min to subway and 15-20 min walk to the district with many nice restaurants - Navigli. We did not meet the host but he was very responsive. The apartment had clean towels, big wardrobe, iron, and the barthroom was clean and comfortable.

The dishes were dirty and there was no sponge or detergent for the dishwasher to wash it. If you plan on spending much time in the apartment it is not perfect as it is quite small.

Хорошее расположение. Тихая улица, рядом с магазинами и барами.

Маленькая студия ,в которой только раскладной диван. Очень неудобный даже для одного человека, не говоря уже о двух. На кухне не было даже тряпки для протирания стола, не было моющего средства, не было ни одной крышки для кастрюль и сковород. Не было обычного ножа для чистки фруктов или овощей. Очень грустно, что хозяин даже не подумал о том, чтобы гости могли что то приготовить. В апартаментах нет кондиционера а когда открываешь окно залетают комары и кусают тебя всю ночь. Апартаменты на 3 этаже , без лифта.

Curat, doua modalitati de transport in comun foarte apropiate de cazare, metroul si tramvaiul, magazine langa cazare, patul care este o canapea extensibila a fost decenta, nu se compara cu un pat dar foarte ok.

Ugodno, prijatno i pristupačno

Boravak u apartmanu je bio vrlo ugodan i prijatan. David je pristupačan, pruža sve potrebne informacije u vezi smeštaja i korišćenja prevoza, a pri tom je gostoljubiv i uslužan. Sam apartman je čist, lepo opremljen sa osnovnim stvarima. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji: na 2 minuta hoda je metro stanica Bolivar, odakle možete vrlo lako stići do svih delova Milana, direktno, ili iz presedanje, ali sve je faktički na 15 minuta od vas. Za svaku preporuku.

Jedino što bih promenio jeste sam ležaj, koji je izgleda dosta korišćen pa je malo oštećen. Verovatno je da dosta gostiju dolazi, s obzirom na sve pohvale koje su opravdane. Tako da, napomenuo bih vlasniku da može da promeni krevet. Sve ostalo je perfetto!

Terribile!!

Non ho caratteristiche in particolare da indicare

Riscaldamento non funzionante, appartamento allagato al nostro arrivo per colpa della pompa di calore non funzionante. Il divano letto è seriamente scomodo, boiler del bagno poco capiente quindi non riesce a garantire la doccia calda per due persone. Il wc ha dato problemi al secondo giorno. La struttura deve essere sistemata prima di accogliere i prossimi ospiti!!! È stata portata una stufetta elettrica di emergenza (scarsamente funzionante) ma la luce è saltava perché il contatore della luce non riesce a sostenere una stufetta è un phon accesi contemporaneamente. Il tutto insieme è davvero imbarazzante. È pieno inverno non si può lasciare la gente al freddo. Farò reclamo chiedendo almeno un rimborso parziale.

Funzionale. Lo staff sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Bagno piccolo ma organizzato bene negli spazi. Wi-Fi veloce. Per una sola notte può andare non di più.

Stanza davvero piccola per due persone. Letto molto scomodo, andrebbe cambiato perché fastidioso per la schiena. Andrebbero messi dei riscaldamenti in camera, il condizionatore oltre che rumoroso scalda poco e si sente il freddo.
