Great size accommodation, 7 minutes walk from Tolstoj metro and about 3 mins from the tram stop line 14. 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. A large kitchen with a small kettle, gas cooker and microwave. The oven is taped closed. Most windows have mosquito netting which is great for fresh air coming in , vital because there is no air conditioning for the hotter months but fans are provided. There is a small lift which stops right outside the flat. A supermarket is close and only 5 minute walk away if that.

Extremely dated mismatched furnishings and decor although they do not affect use. Bed in main bedroom was very loose and the pillows were like sleeping on bunched up hard blankets that had boulders in them. Rugs are frayed and not on anti slip mats so a little dangerous. The oven is not in use and there are only a few plug sockets which take the modern round adapters. Kitchen utensils are OK mostly mismatched and the wooden spoons have seen better days, basically the whole kitchen could do with a little TLC especially the rusty dish drainer. The main sofa set in the living room is terrible, no cushioning and uncomfortable to sit on. The pillows are useless as flat as pancakes. As someone with back problems it was easier to sit on the dining chair. I think the owner is missing a trick here. Just by removing huge amounts of personal items and locking them away the whole place would look more fresh. Sort the curtains, sofas, soft furnishings and rugs (sofa in the kitchen is not needed) update the cutlery and crockery and the place would be so much better and im keeping with the cost for the location and its size. The neighbourhood is quiet but not a lot to do in the evening. The TV has predominantly Italian channels and is not a smart TV so not able to cast onto it.
