Vichy Concierge properties - think twice

NOTHING - dreadful experience

Dreadful. Unmanned office with 20+ key boxes poorly marked. Tried to contact the property agent confirming- no response. Once we eventually located the keys and went to the property there was no way to locate the property as it didn’t have a name or door number, once inside the apartment block. Also we had not been informed of building works on the property ( fully scaffolded) The builders had been using the table and chairs on our balcony for their linch break. Better that, work started at around 8am and you couldn’t hear yourself think for the noise of drills and hammers. The agent Vichy Concierge,worse than useless. No help at first, could not contact them on any of their numbers, including the emergency number. Never in attendance at their office. Through the help of Booking.Com we did manage to eventually contact the agent and check out the property after two nights out if a plane 10 night stay. As a result of this we had to pay an extra £1000 to stay in a hotel. Long and short of this is, do not book ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY VICHY CONCIERGE. Ps Just a pity I can’t upload the video highlighting the noise in the property when the workers start.

The apartment offered the perfect bolt hole whilst in Vichy for a triathlon event.

It was not clear which apartment it was or what floor it was on, I didn’t get any notification so had to ask. Concierge was however quick to respond and guide us. Apartment was on 2nd floor - English 3rd floor which I hadn’t realised and there was no lift

Appartement avec de grands volumes aussi bien le salon salle à manger, que les chambres très agréable appartement avec du cachet hauteur sous plafond emplacement au cœur de la ville. J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. 9

Superbe appartement à Vichy

La qualité de l'ameublement , l'espace , la bibliothèque garnie, tout était parfait . L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter à pied.

Un emplacement de parking serait un plus.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement spacieux, bien agencé et proche de toutes les commodités

Appartement proche des commerces et du centre ville, stationnement vers la mairie non payant et à proximité de la location. C'est un vaste appartement avec des chambres spacieuses et bien séparées avec des lits en 160, il est de plus très lumineux.

Du fait de la proximité des commerces, c'est un peu bruyant surtout le matin. Il manque de la batterie de cuisine, poêles, casseroles, faitout etc et celle présente était un peu usagée. Le linge de toilette ne sentait pas très bon.

L’échafaudage qui n’était pas mentionné et les travaux qui commencent à 7h ! Avec un accès au balcon impossible…
