Centre ville près de la gare. Proche des commerces et restaurants. Proche de l'hypercentre et des thermes et spa
Il faudrait indiquer que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est à droite du restaurant l'aromate car pas de numéro sur la porte, on tourne un peu en rond avant de trouver après avoir demandé à des gens. Un défaut majeur de cet immense appartement très bien situé est le manque d'insonorisation. On entend les pas des voisins du dessus car plancher. Et surtout leur musique jusqu' à minuit. Difficile de localiser le voisin car nuisances sonores diffuses. C'était le seul bémol.
