What a lovely place to stay. It all felt very new and has been done to a very high standard. Really felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Lovely enclosed garden which the dog enjoyed. Huge conservatory so the kids can have their space if they want it and they also appreciated the big tv in their room. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into furnishing it and all the little extras that were available were handy eg. Coffee maker, dog bed, dog bowls, dog towel, blankets, games etc. The footpath at the side is really handy to access the dog walk which leads to Filey brigg and the beach. We also walked into town which only took 15 minutes. It was a nice surprise to have the £20 complementary tokens for Three coffee shop and eatery which we visited. Would also recommend going there as they do a lovely breakfast/brunch!

A beautifully modernised and well equipped bungalow.

A lovely bungalow which has been extensively modernised to a very high standard and with a gorgeous very large conservatory. The furniture and fittings are high quality and very comfortable . In the lounge is a huge Skyglass tv which has an excellent picture and sound .The bungalow location is great for driving into Filey and the other tourist locations around . We look forward to returning to Woodside.

Only a couple of small things already mentioned by others which will hopefully soon be dealt with . The two outside steps are shortish and steep and so could do with a grab handle screwing to the outside bungalow wall . We would have liked somewhere in the back garden to attach the other end of the garden retractable clothes line to, and the provision of a few pegs. The lounge’s Skyglass tv was great but did keep hanging or receiving no signal, so no TV. It didn’t look as though one of the bedroom tvs was connected by aerial or hdmi cables and the other in the main bedroom needed setting up. We didn’t see a manual , so we couldn’t get anything on them either when the lounge TV went off, which happened a lot. It would be an investment , but a freezer for longer stays than our four days would be very useful . Many of the individual led lightbulbs in the ceiling fittings in the two bedrooms had burnt out when we arrived , so only 1 of 3 and 3 of 5 bulbs respectively, illuminated. This is a task presumably the cleaning team should have checked before a let .

Woodside is a quality holiday rental which we wouldn’t hesitate to revisit when returning to the area.

Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Great location alongside the woodland walk which is great for exercising the dog. Very quiet at night. Off road parking for multiple vehicles.

Would have loved a paved or decked area in garden to be able to make more use of that, particularly as weather was so nice during our stay. An Alexa in the conservatory would also be a great addition.

Great location for walking with our dogs, enclosed private garden. Very modern property with all the mod cons.

Double bed seemed small and mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Not much power in the shower.

Just what we needed, peaceful and relaxing

It was a lovely property, couldn't fault it, every attention to detail had been thought of. My partner went for a walk each morning on the Cleveland path which he enjoyed and was easily accessible from the path next to the property. Great location for picking up the main roads and just a couple of minutes into Filey centre

Fantastic property

Everything is to a highstandard, modern and really clean. We spent our time in the conservatory and the garden. Really nice garden furniture and bbq . The shower is wonderful. And the property is in a good position for walking too Filey.

The fridge is too small with only a tiny freezer with it being a under the counter type.
