Disponibilità di posto auto in strada davanti alla struttura. Disponibilità di spazio verde esterno con tavolo e sedie davanti alla camera. Quartiere molto silenzioso.

Il bagno è cieco (con ventola di aspirazione) pur essendo limitato da un muro non portante verso il giardino (perché non è finestrato?) In camera manca un cavalletto di appoggio per la valigia (ci starebbe bene davanti alla porta chiusa sul lato destro del letto).

Semplicità e disponibilità

Tutto perfetto, dalla camera pulita alla colazione che l’host preparava ogni giorno, tutto fatto in casa. Buonissimo. Davvero livello di servizio impeccabile.

The view from the first floor was magnificent, the matress was top quality and the the place was spotless clean.

* Sound proofing. The room where we stayed was part of a private home and was connected with the other guest rooms with doors that simply....locked. We could hear every whisper from the neighbors. I guess that same principle applied to them too. *Heating. You can't heat a room in the middle of winter with simply an aircondition split type unit. It's ineffective, unsustainable and noisy. On top of that as soon as we left the room, it was turned off. As a result, when we returned in the evening it was not warm. The room was equiped with radiators. We were told not to operate them. *Insulation. As mentioned above the room was connected to the other rooms of the property with two doors. Unfortunatelly there was a constant cold draft from underneath them. Especially the one closer to the bed. *Last but not least, odor. It was not mold or poor hygiene. It was (best guess) the result of low water level in the bathroom's siphon(s). The room was probably closed for some time and the water had evaporated thus inadequatelly blocking the odors from the sewage system. No matter how we aired the room the smell was light but persistent throughout our stay.
