Excellent location close to beach and great garden area to relax.

The place is damp and smells of milldew. Had to wash plates/glasses before use as it smells of damp milldew in cupboards. Oven is unusable and white with damp. There are channels in the floor, open hole infront of wash basin where you could not even stand and properly brush your teeth.
