the flat was wonderful, clean, had all the amenities we needed and was hassle free, collected the keys and everything was ready when we arrived.
Not complaining, but there needs to be a little maintenance. 1. the Seal on the Kitchen tap is leaking and sprays water all over if you turn the cold water on. 2. the Toilet works, but flushes badly and often needs two full flushes to "get it all down". and 3. we had rain there for most of the time, and could not find the tool/spanner to wind the awning out. I would have been nice to cover the back area from the rain.

the rooms are carpeted and a seaside apartment with carpets needs good ventilation because on arrival the musty smell in bedrooms was not pleasing due to place being closed up otherwise rest was ok
