We arrived quite late; another booking was just cancelled. However, we could book on a very short term - and the host provided a bottle of wine which came just right. :-)
The accommodation is nice and has nice furniture and a lot of useful kitchenware.
We actually liked our stay there a lot.
The communication with the host during the stay could have been better: besides the very urgent matters, we got answers usually quite late (if at all). However, this does not diminish our very good overall experience.

Pleasant stay. Apartment very clean and neat. So thoughtful of the host to provide pool towels, beach chairs, cooler box and an umbrella:) The beach, mall and flea market close by.
It would be nice if the property had a playground for kids.
